Une cuisine séparée entièrement équipée (lave-vaisselle, plaque induction, réfrigérateur grand modèle avec compartiment congélateur, four, micro-ondes, hotte...) avec coin repas, profitant également d'une exposition d'angle et porte fenêtre ouvrant sur balconnet filant,
Une chambre avec deux lits simples pouvant être rapprochés et rangements,
Une belle salle d'eau (douche) dotée d'un grand plan de toilette, sèche-serviettes et lave-linge.
WC séparés dans l'entrée pour un confort optimum.
Location pour 4 personnes maximum.
Animaux non acceptés.
Forfait ménage sur demande : 70 € en supplément.
