Very nice house.

We found it all very suitable for us, two adults and two teenagers - nice house, well-functioning and in a modern style. Friendly host. Nice kitchen, living room, two separate bedrooms with double beds, easy access to private pool, garden and terraces, and not least a very nice view over the valley with the sea in the background. Hope to return on a later occasion...

We spend two weeks at one of the houses. The house is perfect for one or two couples to relax and enjoy, do sport eg cycling or trekking in the mountains. From the teraces you have a great view over the scenery to the coast. The owner is very kind and takes care of everything. Saint Jeannet is a very nice medieval village. It will not be for the last time. For us it was perfect!

Hervorragend

Wer eine Wohlfühloase sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhiggelegen mit einer fantastischen Aussicht. An die enge Anfahrtsstraße gewöhnt man sich sehr schnell. Die Wohnung ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Nizza, Antibes, Cannes...mit dem Auto. Kleiner Tipp : eine Wanderung direkt auf den Hausberg (Baou), hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Arnaud ist ein prima Gastgeber, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Des vacances inoubliables ! Location au top tout confort, très propre, au calme. Piscine privative très appréciable et surtout une splendide vue panoramique sur la mer et la baie de Nice, à vous couper le souffle ! De belles visites à faire pour découvrir la région. Un grand merci à Arnaud pour son accueil, sa gentillesse, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir à St Jeannet !

Super Urlaub!

Zwei Wochen Urlaub in einer wunderschönen Umgebung gingen leider viel zu schnell vorbei. Die Anlage mit den drei Wohnungen ist top ausgestattet und super gepflegt. Sie liegt sehr ruhig in einer Sackgasse, mit einem phänomenalen Blick über die Bucht von Nizza. Der Ort Saint Jeannet ist in zwanzig Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, dort gibt es mehrere sehr gute Restaurants und auch einen kleinen Supermarkt. Schöne Wanderungen sind direkt vor Ort machbar, für alle anderen Ausflüge benötigt man allerdings ein Auto. Die Vermieter Arnaud und Annie sind sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit, und bei Fragen und Wünschen immer ansprechbar. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Merci pour ces merveilleuses deux semaines! Tolle Unterkunkft in einer Super Lage

Wir waren mit zwei Ehepaaren zu Gast. Arnaud, der Gastgeber war jederzeit hilfsbereit. Das Haus liegt am Ende einer Straße und ist absolut ruhig . Für Einkäufe und Ausflüge benötigt man ein Auto. Die Unterkunft war perfekt. Von den drei Terrassen hat man einen schönen Blick über die Bucht von Nizza. Das Haus war absolut sauber und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Handtücher und Bettwäsche haben wir gegen Gebühr vor Ort gebucht (Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Geschirrhandtücher sowie Badetücher für den Pool). Wir kommen auf jeden Fall noch einmal wieder.

Traumurlaub in wunderschöner Lage

Das Haus war toll, die Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit und man wird vom Ausblick auf die gesamte Bucht von Nizza nie satt. Alles war perfekt, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Fantastic place and absolutly recommendable

Let's start with the owners and the communication which was brilliant from the booking until the day we left. Durning the hand over everything was explained and showed to us and during the stay we got direct suport if needed and very good info about the area. The complex and the architecture is brilliant. You have your own pool a huge terrasse + a roof top both with an amazing few.The appartment is fully equipped and we missed realy nothing during our stay. It is a high standart appartment and the pictures you see at the FeWo homepage are the reality appart from the few, which is even better. For sure we will come again. Hopefully already next year. Thanks a lot for everything to Arnaud his mother and sister. Cheers Nadja & Michael

Wunderschöne Villa mit Pool

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene in der Villa mit Pool. Schöne Aussicht & ruhige Lage zum emtspannend das optimalste. Allerdings benötigt man ein Auto da man schwierig die Stadt erreichen kann ohne. Enge Fahrbahn ansonsten alles super.

Stunning views and great facilities.

We stayed as a family of 4 - 2 adults and twins of 10. We were met by the owner and shown around this fabulous property. Very open and plenty of space to sit in or out and the pool we had to ourselves was a perfect size. Plenty of room for clothes and the facilities were great. Didn’t expect to have a washing machine to share - however this worked well and managed to use when we needed it. ( I mention this as I am a bit ocd about washing when I’m away!). We did have to make up our own beds with the linen provided and I would say as uk visitors this isn’t the norm so may be worth asking in future if visitors need linens and towels and the rooms could be ready with the bedding on. However we loved the house and the location not far from Nice, Monaco, Antibes, Cannes and the beautiful st Paul Vence. The town of St Jeannet is also lovely and a walk down is easily done from the house to enjoy the great restaurants and local pub - cannot fault and Arnaud the owner, was kind enough to sent back to us a couple of items we had left behind. Would recommend and hope to return as there is lots to see and do.

Top-Wohnung über den Dächern von Nizza!

Wir waren als Familie in der Wohnung Balearica. Das Ferienhaus mit insgesamt drei Wohnungen liegt in den Bergen von Saint Jaeannet (Auto muss man haben!) und bietet einen genialen Ausblick über die Bucht von Nizza. Egal, ob Pool oder Dachterasse (wo wir mehrfach unter freiem Himmel auch übernachtet haben) - hier fehlt es an nichts. Den 5. Stern haben wir nicht gegeben, da man die Betten selber beziehen muss und hinter dem Haus noch einiges an Baumaterial rumliegt...

Beautiful property with stunning views!

We really enjoyed our stay in Saint Jeannet, the villa was well equipped with everything we could need. The drive there up a mountain is not for the faint hearted, but was quite fun! We would have really benefited from a welcome book advising us of simple things like where to put the rubbish, how to work the oven, local restaurants etc. Also we arrived late at night and had to make all the beds... and got charged €20 extra for using the BBQ. I feel it could have been amazing, but for the price was very expensive. The views were amazing though.

tolle Unterkunft mit super Aussicht

Schöne, moderne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Pool und Dachterrasse sind top, traumhafte Aussicht auf Nizza und Umgebung. Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Etwas störend war, dass wir die Betten selber beziehen mussten, obwohl wir die Bettwäsche im voraus bestellt hatten. Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, eine Bäckerei und einen Metzger sowie 3 Restaurants.

Sejour extra pres de Nice

La maison est situee a 1 km du village St. Jeannet, ca. 10 km de Nice. L'immeuble est neuf et il s'y trouve 3 unites independantes avec une ou deux chambres. Tout les trois ont une piscine individuelle si necessaire chauffee. Notre maison avait deux etages plus une troisieme avec un plateau de soleil. La maisons est tres bien equipee - il ne manque de rien. Tout est bien choisi et nous a fait sentir tres a l'aise. Les meubles sont d'une bonne qualite et font une belle differnece avec les autres maisons que nous avons connu. Si je pouvais je donnerais 6 etoilesa a cette maison. Les propietaires ont tres aimables et la communication excellente. Je ne peux que recommender cette maison a tout le monde. Nous retournerons. Je demande votre pardon pour mon Francais - je suis Allemand.

wunderschöner Blick auf Nizza

Arnaud war ein wundervoller Gastgeber. Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr wohl gefühlt und können guten Gewissens allen einen Aufenthalt empfehlen. Von dort ist vieles möglich, wandern, laufen, Radfahren oder schwimmen. Für jeden ist was dabei.

Séjour exceptionel

Propriétaires charmants, vue exceptionel, idéal pour des randonnées, des visites culturelles et pour des visites à Monaco, Nice, Antibes et Cannes. Appartement moderne meublé avec beaucoup de goût et très bien equipé. On a passé des jours phantastiques au Baléarica, milles mercis.
