I have to say we are quite surprised to read this review and would like to provide my feedback. Indeed, we thought that the tenant was completely satisfied after reading a very positive message just one hour after check-in: “Your place is beautiful and is perfect for us. The kids love the pool and we are enjoying the outdoor space. 😊�”. As to the remarks, as confirmed by all our tenants so far, we believe that the best selling point of our property is that it is a place for relax, away from crowds and noises. But the house is, exactly, just 1,1 KM from Sannicola, a fairly large village, as clearly stated in the description. As to the size of our house it's -as clearly stated- exactly 156 sqm, four double bedrooms, three bathrooms, with a large a 50 sqm living "including an open kitchen", a huge patio including a further outside kitchen space, a separate pizza oven and barbecue area, etc ... . It is designed for 8, and nobody has ever complained for the size (!), although I accept that everybody may have its own standard. In summary, I take due note of the family remarks but, ... lesson learnt: we will never rent our home again to someone who's not reading our detailed offer and ask for further information, as we always openly offer (in this case we literally exchanged tens of messages, providing further information and pictures to this family before their stay).
