Attached to a sunken path inviting you to stroll and start a walk in the park. <br>On the ground floor: 1 living room with fitted kitchen, wood stove and convectors. 1 lounge area with sofa bed to serve as a 3rd bedroom. Shower room with en-suite toilet.<br>Dishwasher, TV, Wifi, Washing machine and dryer in the laundry room. Kitchen equipment in sufficient quantity for 6 people.<br>Upstairs: 2 bright bedrooms for 2 people with new comfortable bedding, available in a double bed version 180 x 200 or in 2 separate single beds 90 x 200 each with their own shower room and separate toilet. <br><br>Outside: independent garden with furniture, barbecue, parasol, garden chairs and dining table. The 3ha half-wooded, half-lawned park, with direct access to the orchard of 100 apple trees, invites contemplation and just rest, a marvel in the summer.<br><br>Well-behaved adult dogs are welcome. Cats are not allowed. The owners have 1 dog in a fenced garden and 1 cat free range. Guests coming with their dogs are required to keep them on a leash in the property and pick up their droppings. Its modest manor house in Tregorre, the owners' house, watches over 4 cottages with woodwork of different colours. A stony driveway crosses the hamlet to serve each of the houses which has its own garden. <br><br>The Hamlet is transformed over the seasons, each with its own charm: walnuts and chestnuts to be collected in the autumn. In winter, the scent of fireplaces, the joy of Christmas festivities and their decorations. In spring, the return of the faithful swallows to the place and the park which regains its colours.<br><br>In the centre of the historic Tregor, halfway between the tourist towns of Lannion and Guingamp (20 kms) and equidistant from the entire coast of Tregorre, from Perros-Guirec to Paimpol (30 kms), from Plestin-les-Grèves to Saint-Quay-Portrieux (40 kms), island of Bréhat (34 kms), the Hamlet is strategically located to discover the great tourist sites of the region, the many fine sandy beaches, while sparing yourself the hustle and bustle of the seafront in season. <br><br>Services:<br>Bed made on arrival.
