Arc 1950 - Charming 2/4-person apartment in a ski-in/ski-out hotel residence

In the heart of the Arc 1950 village, we offer you a contemporary and warm mountain apartment completely renovated in 2022 in a 5* hotel residence.
Facing south, the apartment is located on the top floor of the Refuge du Montagnard residence with a breathtaking view of the Aiguille Rouge and close to any shops.
Classified 2* tourism and 5 Paradiski crystals, it is composed of a bright living room with a sofa bed, a large screen TV and a wood stove, an American kitchen opening onto the living room and fully equipped (hob, dishwasher, oven/microwave, toaster, coffee maker, Nespresso machine...), a bedroom with 2 single beds that can be transformed into a double bed, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet. Departure/return on skis.
This accommodation is ideal for 2 people who do not want to open the sofa bed in the living room but easily adapts to a group of 4 people thanks to its functional layout.
You will also be seduced by its cathedral ceiling, the quality of the equipment and the decoration. Everything has been thought out to make your stay pleasant.
Beds are made on arrival and end-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental price (excluding kitchen).

Included: free wifi, Netflix access, cleaning, bed linen, towels, toiletries, groceries and cleaning kits.
Within the residence, you can enjoy a top-of-the-range wellness area (sauna, hammam, outdoor jacuzzi) completely renovated and at no extra charge. You will also have access to the indoor swimming pool of the Résidence du Prince des Cîmes.
You will also have your ski locker (heated room) which is located at the entrance and exit of the slopes.
Within the residence, you can also access the laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer with free access)

LifeStyle manager in the residence to assist guests during their stay
Station service: paid covered parking, Deep Nature Spa area (extra charge), many activities are offered every week in the village to entertain young and old alike (programme available on the Arc1950 website).
