A303 is a deluxe, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ocean view condo with AC. A303 is on the third floor, there are NO elevators, so you are walking up stairs.
A303 is on the third floor with great views of Molokini, Kahoolawe, Lanai, Maalaea Bay and the West Maui Mountains. It is ideal for watching awesome sunsets, windsurfers and kite boarders, as well as Humpback whales during winter season.

The bathroom cabinetry is bright white with granite counters. The common areas are tiled, while the bedrooms are carpeted. The lanai has a table and chairs for dining while taking in the view.

The living room area has high beam ceilings along with a ceiling fan. There is a tv and sofa bed in the living room. The remodeled kitchen has granite countertops, new appliances and all of the cooking essentials you need.

The master bedroom is in the upstairs loft area which looks down into the living room. There is a spacious King size bed and a full bathroom with a stand up shower. There is a ceiling fan and air conditioning for your comfort.

The guest bedroom downstairs has 2 twin beds, a ceiling fan and air conditioning. The guest bathroom features a tile vanity and tub/ shower combo.

Just as described. Great location to get round the whole island. There is an additional cost for AC.

Property management was great. I had several communications with Linda because I was finding 3 units for myself and friends. Check in staff super friendly and helpful. We loved the location too. The only thing I would change is the carpeting on the stairs and loft. It dates the unit. But everything else including the mattress on the king bed were great. Thank you!

nice place to stay

My only complain was that it had no elevator. The unit was on the third floor and bring up luggage and grocery up the stairs became our daily workout.

Perfect!

The sunset every night off our balcony. The location was quiet and made it convenient to travel to all ends/sides of the island. The beach was lovely. The pickle ballers enthusiast. And, we could even walk to Safeway every morning. Will look forward to returning soon!

Friends get-away

We love the Kihei area. The condo over looks a park and the water. Walkable to stores, coffee shops and beach.Condo is nicely furnished with good amenities. Kitchen well equipped. Though we found the dishwasher (seemed relatively new) did not clean the dishes.Our only issue was the bedroom loft was warm at night. We did leave messages with the resort office requesting the A/C be turned on but no response to any of messages. In the end we did without. Overall, an enjoyable holiday.

I am Leslie and I moved to Maui 40 years ago. I immediately started work at Luana Kai in Kihei and am still here. I am blessed to call Luana Kai my FAMILY. I have had the pleasure of watching families grow up year after year and some who were babies when I started are coming back with their babies now. Such a delight.
