A real little paradise for children, it is home to many animals (horses, donkeys, chickens, goats, etc.). Quiet residential hamlet located in the countryside, on the edge of meadows, on the very edge of the charming typical shopping village of St-Germain-du-Bois (all amenities on site). Warm contemporary country character. Beautiful heritage renovation (old historic brick walls and original timber framing). Sweet atmosphere. Large terrace exposed without vis-à-vis.
