We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rosemary's property. The space is beautifully designed, with comfortable beds, great showers, and ample storage to keep everything organized. After long days on the hill, we particularly loved relaxing by the fire. Communication with the owner was fantastic, both before and during our trip, and check-in was a breeze. The location is outstanding—just a short walk to the lift and only a few minutes from the best restaurants. We hope to return!
We loved the area this condo is located in. Great for a small famity or two couples. Our only complaint was the pet hair on the furniture and floor. Pets are not allowed at this property but I guess someone didn't care. I would put that on the cleaners. It's a great place.
You CAN NOT beat the location of this property! Literally across the street from Solaris and its offerings, a block from Gore Creek and main bridge crossing over to slopeside, and two blocks from the transportation center. On Sundays during the summer the Farmer's Market is right outside your door! Lionshead is a quick 10-15 minute walk.

Although the value was not there, it was a great location in the Village and very quiet. We felt it was very overpriced for the 3rd week in October, off season when most of the leaves are off the trees. There are lots of other places to stay close by that have pools, hot tubs and amenities like elevators. The kitchen did not have a formal oven, instead had a microwave that doubled as a convection oven and hung above the counter. We were able to figure it out on our own by looking up instructions online. The stacked washer/dryer is in the kitchen cabinets next to the refrigerator. Lots of early morning beeping of appliances around 6:00am prior to anyone waking up. All in, this was a nice 1 bedroom with a loft and the loft shower is very tight to move around in. This did not seem to be a luxury condo. The damage deposit was basically the same as a 2 night stay at $1500 unless you purchase a plan.
This is a great spot. Super stylish and great location. Loved the vibe and access to shops. It is in great condition and has everything you need. There’s no elevator so be ready to haul stuff upstairs. Figuring out where to park for drop off required a call to the manager

This condo is in the heart of the action overlooking the greenspace in front of Solaris. The kids loved being able to walk right outside to play soccer and run around. Restaurants and shops are seconds to minutes away, as is the bus stop for Lionshead.
Great property. We were in Vail for a wedding and this spot was just perfect. It is right inside Vail village so it is easy access to everything. We couldn't park our car at the condo, but the transportation center was within a short walking distance and was very reasonable cost wise. The condo was immaculate and a perfect set up to allow us to have coffee/breakfast in the morning, sit and have a nice bottle of wine while watching all the action in Vail village. We could then walk around to shop, have dinner and go off hiking. Loved the place, thank you!!
We had a great time with our 2 adult children 20 and 26, we rarely get to vacation with just the 4 of us. The condo was well equipped and the amenities were of the highest quality. We will be back! Thank you, Rosemary.

This place is awesome! Perfect location, beautifully decorated and A+++ communication with the owner. They have gone above and beyond to make this a 5-star rental property. No skimping at all. From the towels, linens and kitchen utensils...everything is high quality. The pictures don't do justice to the loft...very spacious with the biggest bunk beds ever! Family of 5 with 3 teenage girls and we loved it!!
Parking is doable in the vail lot across the corner....Honestly the value of this rental makes the cost of parking not an issue.

We’ve been coming to Vail for years staying in different locations over 10 years. This listing turned out to be just perfect for our family of four. Private master bedroom, 14 and 19 year old in the up loft with enough room and a bathroom to themselves! Really great. We find too often kitchens really aren’t fully equipped, this one is. Such a great thing to have especially when we were spending more time indoors for meals due to COVID. The condo was clean, so clean and fresh, made us all very happy. It’s really so important to be comfortable. The communications and providers were 5 Star.
The Condo looks over the Solaris and the Skating rink, surrounded by all the best food and shopping. The condo itself was a quiet building , always a concern. Pazzos Pizza right below, yummy! Parking is limited but that’s really the case in Vail. Be prepared for the parking fees related, but that’s just Vail and not a downside at all. Already planning our next stay! 2020 has been a wild ride, however our stay and the support in the process has been peaceful and easy.
Great location. Condo was perfect fro our family of 4. Layout is perfect. Being next to the center of everything makes this condo ideal. Rosemary was easy to work with and managed our stay for 4 weeks really well. We will back for Christmas. I highly recommend this condo!
This condo is in the middle of the Vail Town Center. You have quick access to all the shopping, dining or just hanging out in the middle of everything. Well worth the money.
