This is a two-bedroom, two-bath condo with a western flair that you're going to love! Relaxing and cozy, super close to ski rentals, and just one block from the base. This is one of the few units at “The Lodge” with the shortest walk to the gondola. This home is the perfect marriage of luxury and convenience.

Inside, you'll find a cozy living area warmed by a gas fireplace, exposed wood beams, and a view of the mountain. The full kitchen is well equipped, and features a breakfast bar, granite countertops, and an ice maker. The welcoming dining area is great for family meals. This home also provides a furnished balcony, in-unit washer/dryer, TV with Roku streaming device, and a stereo system with Bluetooth, CD player, in-wall speakers, and stereo TV audio. Plus, there is no need to carry your ski equipment up and down stairs, as a first-floor ski locker is included.

Sleeping options include a king bed in the main suite, a queen bed and a twin bunk bed in the second bedroom, and a double sleeper sofa in the living room. Each bedroom also includes a TV and ceiling fan.

Be sure to check out all the fantastic winter slopes of Steamboat Ski Resort such as Kuus' Cruise and Three O'Clock for the group experts, Rainbow and Moonlight for the advanced skiers, and Why Not and Spur Run for the beginners. Afterward, grab an après-ski meal at one of the amazing mountaintop restaurants. The kids will love a trip to Howelsen Ice Arena, just three and a half miles north, where you can enjoy a pleasant open-skate on the ice and even goof off in inflated bumper cars.

Here for the summer? You’ll find plenty of hot weather activities all over the place! Take the kids out to explore the majestic outdoor beauty of Steamboat Springs with hikes on Thunderhead Hiking Trail. The paved Yampa River Core Trail winds through town and even passes by the botanic gardens, so you can take the little ones out for a good walk while still being close to home. You’ll also be close to the fantastic greens of Rollingstone Ranch Golf Course, plus lots of other summertime activities like alpine slides, mountain biking, fishing, boating, canoeing, kayaking, and paddleboarding.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
