Immediately feel like home in this warm and comfy 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom home nestled on a peaceful cul-de-sac. It's fully-furnished and all-inclusive with all utilities included in the monthly lease. The large fenced backyard is great for dogs (more than one accepted, big or small). There's an extensive greenbelt nearby with miles of walking trails and kids playground. Quick access to highways (75, 121, Bush) for business commute in Plano (Legacy West), Allen and Richardson. Award-winning Plano schools district. Grocery stores and shopping within 5 minute drive.

Excellent House and Even Better Communication w Property Manager

The house is as described on line, if not better. Grant went above and beyond in our opinion with his correspondence leading up to check in, on the day of check in, and during our stay. Strongly recommend.
