Stone House in the Countryside, close to the hiking trails and the riding centre of La Sudrie, Lake Neufont between Périgueux and Bergerac.

You will appreciate the charm of an old house with its thick walls ensuring natural air conditioning in summer.

The house is composed of two double bedrooms each with its own shower room, a bedroom with 4 small beds of 90 cm wide with thick mattresses for adults and children.

The 10mx5 communal swimming pool is in the middle of a meadow and offers a panoramic view of the forest! It is 1.40 m deep with a children's or 1m by 0.60cm deep seating area.

You benefit from a garden enclosed by vegetation at the back of the house without any adjoining or opposite!

We offer services that make your life easier, such as bed made on arrival, cleaning included except crockery, regional products for sale to taste, homemade breakfast services, meals to heat, picnic basket for your hikes. - Possibility of piano rehearsal.

You can rent electric bikes or mountain bikes. The area is rather hilly but the bike route is 12km from the house!

The village is lively thanks to the lib café which offers concerts, plays and many activities.

We are in the centre of the Dordogne, so you can easily radiate and visit the most beautiful sites of the region; Périgueux, Bergerac, Sarlat, Brantôme, St-Emilion, Château de Castelnaud, les mirandes, Beynac, Le canoé à Limeuil, Le Bugue, and why not Bordeaux 1h15 from the house.
