We are offering this charming 36-square-meter one-bedroom home, located 800 metres from city centre Fismes. It is close to local shops (bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies, doctors’ offices, banks, etc.) and is located 20 minutes from Reims, the Montagne de Reims Regional Park, and the Chemin des Dames, and 30 minutes from Soissons.

We have completely renovated, furnished, and redecorated this house to offer you a high-quality stay with all the necessary comforts.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen: conventional oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster… It opens onto the living room, which features a 140x190 cm sofa bed and a flat-screen TV.

Upstairs, there is a separate bathroom and an air-conditioned master suite with a 160x200 cm double bed, a 160x90 cm shower, a vanity unit, and a flat-screen TV.

Sheets, bath towels, bath mats, and a hair dryer are provided. Wi-Fi is available. An electric vehicle charging station is also available in front of the house.

Check-in and check-out can be done independently using a key box. Parking spaces are available in front of the house and in the immediate vicinity. Parking is not permitted in the private courtyard next to the house.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house; an ashtray is provided outside.

Upon your departure, the property must be left as you found it:
- the dishes and refrigerator must be clean.
- trash bags must be tied shut, taken out, and placed in the designated containers in the private courtyard next to the house.

Failure to comply with these instructions will result in a cleaning fee of 50 euros.

Baby essentials (cot, high chair, baby bouncer) can be provided upon request.

Please note that the exterior of the property is equipped with a video surveillance system.
