Charm of a family home

In the heart of southwestern France, between the Dordogne, Lot, Gers, and Landes regions, Clos Thélème is located in a medieval bastide, sleeps up to 10 people, and is kid-friendly!<br>This is my home—I renovated it, I live here when it’s not rented out, I love it, and I feel right at home here. When you browse through the photo gallery or check out its #IG, you’ll already start to feel right at home, too. It’s spacious yet warm and inviting. I keep my belongings, my books, and my personal items there, as well as my children’s things—their games and toys. That’s certainly what gives it its soul.<br>So you’ll easily understand why I only rent it out to people who’ll take care of it as if it were their own.<br>It’s a place to gather with family and friends to share moments of great togetherness, to recharge, and to work peacefully with a good internet connection. The house was designed with the aim of fulfilling all these needs.<br>However, parties and bachelor/hen nights are prohibited.<br>Clos Thélème is within walking distance of all grocery and healthcare stores. The region is nonetheless brimming with wonders that will require a car. You’re 3 hours (3 hours and 13 minutes, to be exact!) from Paris by TGV via Agen (less than 30 km away), and 52 km from Bergerac International Airport. <br>Golf courses, water sports, hiking, tennis, and more are nearby or very close by, depending on the activity. There’s also a vibrant cultural scene: a great theatre lineup, numerous festivals, and more…<br>Weekend rental from Thursday evening to Sunday afternoon through June 26, 2022 = 2,100 euros. <br>Monthly rentals available from October 1 to March 31 at a rate of 8,820 euros/month.<br>During peak season, weekly rentals are available only from Saturday to Saturday.<br>
