We’re offering this beautiful and comfortable 45 m² apartment located in a secure residence with a pool.
Everything is within walking distance; you can leave your car in its parking spot in the basement.
You’re just 5 minutes from city centre, shops, restaurants, beaches, the harbour, the casino, the tourist office, and more.

Modern, fully equipped apartment with all the comforts: dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, washing machine, flat-screen TV, dishwasher, oven, Wi-Fi, Nespresso machine, griddle, and more.

The apartment consists of:
- a separate bedroom of approximately 15 m² with a 160 x 200 double bed and a large walk-in closet
- a modern, fully equipped open-concept kitchen
- a living room with a comfortable 140 x 200 sofa bed
- a bathroom
- a garden with a terrace of approximately 85 m², complete with outdoor furniture: table and chairs, a griddle, patio furniture, and lounge chairs
- Baby equipment (travel cot with super-comfortable mattress and high chair)
- a secure parking space in the basement.
