In the winter city, 10 minutes walk from the Pereire beach, a large garden encircling the house, a vast terrace under the pine trees, garden armchairs and sofas, plancha, it is at the Villa Le Deck that you will gather all your family or your friends this summer to spend unforgettable holidays on the basin!

This spacious villa of 180 M2 on 2 levels, connected by an interior staircase, can accommodate 12 people very pleasantly, and offers to each one a total independence on each floor, in order to meet pleasantly for serene and restful holidays,
Outside the summer season, it is possible to rent each floor separately (advertisements for the Pier and the Slide).

The Villa le Deck offers you beautiful services and the necessary comfort to spend a dream holiday:
fitted kitchens, top of the range appliances and materials, quality bedding, 3 shower rooms, 3 TV screens, WIFI throughout the house

-One bedroom with bunk beds

-The living room is very pleasant, with a large TV screen, it overlooks the terrace and the garden

Conviviality is also assured around the central island surrounded by 4 high stools from which you can watch your chef's prowess, with a direct view on the large induction hob ...or him ...!
You will then exchange around the table for 6 people

Your kitchen is fully equipped, and very comfortable, top of the range materials, kettle, toaster, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave oven, oven, American fridge, all the utensils and dishes necessary to cook your best recipes...

Of course your rooms will be ready, sheets and towels of high quality, we will leave at your disposal the basic condiments, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, coffee, some different kinds of tea, as well as some tablets machines to start your stay serenely

A private passage will lead you to the street below the villa to avoid too many steps!
You can park in the garden and in the street, free of charge.

Large house close to Pereire beach

Lots of space for up to 12 guests on two floors. Best beach in town (Pereire) 10 min on foot. Very nice open kitchen and large table on upper floor. Lower floor practical but not super cosy. Large secluded deck on N side of house but sits right on top of busy road. In general, quite a bit of traffic noise.

Villa Le Deck "I recommend this place a lot. The house is roomy, climatic, light, exquisite and has all the necessary equipment. There is nothing missing in it. Located in a quiet residential area which has its advantages but if you are looking for place like city center with shops and restaurants it takes about 20 minutes by walk. Only problem with house we have were ants attack and this seems to be not a single case becasue house equipments contains ant-repellents. Personally I recommend that when picking up the house from the host, pay attention to damage or disorder because we were blamed about things and faults that we did not do and which were already there before our stay."

Nous étions 12 dans la villa Le Deck, qui est parfaitement adaptée à une telle famille. Bien aménagée, équipements fonctionnels, chambres confortables. L'ensemble était très propre. Nous avons eu un incident de coupure d'électricité, qui était dû à une machine à café défaillante. Nous avons pu traiter ce problème rapidement en lien avec l'agence CocoonR.En résumé, un très bon séjour dans cette belle ville d'Arcachon.

Le logement est spacieux, plutôt confortable et conforme à la description. Quartier assez calme mais 2 rues passagères de chaque côté de la villa. On aurait souhaité que le ménage soit effectué en adéquation avec le montant facturé (de nombreux morceaux de verres cassés n’avaient pas été ramassés dans l’escalier extérieur)."

Villa Le Deck "Très bon séjour dans ce magnifique logement à Arcachon. Tout à fait conforme à la description, pratique, de nombreux équipements comme indiqués. Bonne propreté des lieux à l'intérieur. Un plus sur la flexibilité des horaires. Cependant : le contact ne passe quasiment que par messages automatiques et la personne chargée de l'accueil s'est montrée injoignable (nous avons attendu 1h à l'arrivée, pas de réponses aux messages et appels, pas de signe de vie pour le départ). Les escaliers et la terrasse d'accès (extérieurs) étaient recouvertes de déjections d'oiseaux non nettoyées, impossible de circuler sans marcher dessus. Pas de soucis pour cela, c'est normal, mais le nettoyage demandé et prévu n'a malheureusement pas été effectué. En synthèse : super logement, mais pas d'accueil."

Villa Le Deck "La maison est très jolie, extrêmement bien située par rapport à la plage et joliment décorée. Tout était plutôt propre, les lits faits, les serviettes posées sur les lits. L’avantage de la maison pour de courts séjours c’est qu’elle est vraiment bien équipée, avec tout ce dont on pourrait avoir besoin et même plus. Joli deck en extérieur pour profiter du calme tout au long de la journée. Les voisins ont été malheureusement été très bruyants pendant la nuit. Attention en revanche au départ car aucun état des lieux n’est fait à l’arrivée et malgré le ménage inclus dans le service et les objets déjà cassés à notre arrivée, cela nous a été reproché. C’est dommage et surtout injuste et injustifié. Et le départ ne pardonne pas, à 9h50 une personne est arrivée nous mettant à la porte pour un départ prévu à 10h00. Un peu de flexibilité ne ferait pas de mal ! Malgré ces deux points, nous avons été enchantés par la maison, les équipements, l’emplacements, et nous recommandons vivement!"

L’espace de vie à l’étage est très agréable et le 2eme salon au rez-de-chaussée est idéal pour que les enfants s’y retrouvent pour jouer.
