Ocean Garden House: Located in Lacanau Océan, in a calm environment in the heart of the pine forest and near the golf course, this semi-detached house offers an ideal setting for holidays between the ocean and the lake. The residence has a shared swimming pool open from 15 June to 15 September, perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach or a bike ride. The ocean is 1700 m away, the lake 1200 m away and shops 1700 m away, allowing you to fully enjoy all the activities of the resort.



The stay offers a friendly space with table, chairs, sofa and television. The equipped kitchen includes sink, gas hob, refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, storage as well as crockery and utensils necessary for a comfortable stay. The main bedroom has a double bed in 140 cm and a wardrobe. The shower room is fitted with a shower and washbasin, and the toilet is separate. Upstairs, the mezzanine offers additional sleeping arrangements with two bunk beds and a single bed in 120 cm.



Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, as well as a small enclosed garden, ideal for relaxing in complete peace. Linen and departure cleaning are not included, these services remaining available as an option upon request. This accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Tiny House with everything inside

Very small House in a nice pine-park. The house even had a washing machine a portable cooling for the beds upstairs. House ist prob fine for a young family. Toilet under the stairs was a little uncomfortable but the Parc ist very nice and has a public Pool. 20 minutes to a very beautiful Lacanau and an even more beautiful beach.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Lacanau. Das Ferienhaus allerdings ist in keinem gepflegten Zustand (Schimmel in Bad und Schlafzimmer, nur oberflĂ€chlich geputzt und einige Dinge nicht mehr funktional oder defekt zb der KĂŒhlschrank und die Duschwand) Das zugekaufte Wifi war unzuverlĂ€ssig, langsam und schwach. Der Service der Agentur war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Vermieter hat aber anscheinend die Lage vor Ort nicht interessiert.

TrÚs bien équipé, fonctionnel, espace extérieur appreciable, trÚs calme, piste cyclable tres proche, piscine sympatique (sans pataugeoire pour jeune enfant, 1.50 m à notifier). Pas de problÚme pour se garer et emplacement vélo dans le jardin. La chambre en mezzanine fait un coin sympa dont s'est approprié mon ado! Bref, je recommande vivement. La paroi de douche aurait besoin d'un petit coup de jeune.

Le logement est hyper bien équipé. Le petit jardin est un bonheur pour bouquiner dans le calme. Le logement est situé dans mon endroit préféré à Lacanau. La parois de douche est un peu bancale.

Nous avons posez la voiture et aprĂšs n'avons Ă©tĂ© qu'Ă  pied ou en vĂ©lo. Ce secteur est super pour cela car les pistes cyclables sont hyper secur et nombreuses. La location en plus d'ĂȘtre trĂšs bien situĂ©e a un peit jardin trĂšs tranquille et barbecue que nous n'avons pas utilisĂ© mais c'est top. une chambre lit double et une autre lit double et 2 lits superposĂ©s c'est top pour partir avec les enfants ou juste garder les amis Ă  dormir si soirĂ©e arrosĂ©e. Quant aux piscines (ar 2 de 12 sur 5m environ de 1m50 de profondeur) et bien aprĂšs les vadrouilles vĂ©lo ou Ă  pied on les apprĂ©ciait bien surtout qu'elles sont assez grandes pour nager ou juste jouer. En rĂ©sumĂ© nous avons adorĂ©
