This recently renovated condo has a view of the Gulf waters from a private balcony off of the living room and new hardwood floors and bathrooms. The condo is open and spacious with a comfortable contemporary living feel. The living room features a very nice sofa and loveseat, one of which opens up to a queen sofa bed. For your convenience, you will find the kitchen beautifully upgraded with stainless steel appliances and equipped with the full complement of housewares for meal preparation. Your guests will enjoy the queen bed, with designer bedding. The primary bedroom features a lovely king bed, nicely appointed bedding, Pergo flooring, and access to the private primary bathroom. You may also make use of two DVD players in the condo with free DVD rentals available in our Office.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Vacasa app and check in process were great. Super simple, but the condo smells like mold, it’s super outdated and old. The windows have those old 1980s hanging blinds but every other blind is missing so it’s like the sun is poking you in the eye every morning. Close to the beach, but otherwise not very nice at all.

We enjoyed the space the condo provided and the proximity to the beach! However, the furniture was dirty, the blinds were broken, and the showers have seen better days. With a little work this condo could be great!

Excellent location!

We were perfectly located, close to the beach and restaurants. Door code for check in was not correct, we didn’t get in until super late due to a delayed flight and then got it the condo to find out the door code was incorrect. Had to call around at midnight to find correct codes. Home was nice inside but all vertical blinds are missing pieces so if you’re looking for darkness to sleep in this isn’t your place.

Found two cake vape pens in our room, sand was still in the tub from previous tenants, we received the wrong lock code upon entry, the toilets are loose and move when you use them, co detector was going off every 30 seconds and no one came out to replace the battery. The only good thing there was about our stay was it was located steps from the beach.

We had a great time!

This condo is in a very nice location near the beach. It is convenient to everything Destin has to offer. The building itself is a low rise and is very quiet and clean. Although the unit does not have a washer and dryer there is a laundry room on each floor which has two washers and two dryers and it is spotlessly clean. Also the condo has a wonderful view of the sky at sunset. If you are traveling with someone with limited mobility this is the building for you. It is mere steps from the parking lot to the elevator and again mere steps from the elevator to the unit and the laundry room also. Other than a few glitches it was a good experience in this well located condo.

Floors were not swept. Blinds were missing in all the rooms. Requested blinds to be fixed but no one came. Random cleaner in the room when we returned from the beach without any notice. Do not recommend staying.

Beautiful place but it needs a little tlc...

It's a nice location, the complex was in good condition. The unit needs some attention, a couple of doors are warped and won't stay closed, the dresser in the master has a pretty decent size scratch on it, the sheets and toilet paper feel like 100 grit sand paper, and there are pieces missing to the blinds so you are unable to shut the light out or have privacy. The furniture in the living room smells like animals. The sliding glass door takes 2 people to open. There's greasy dust (as in, it's stuck there) all over the condo. We made the best of it and enjoyed our stay. For the money, it was what we expected.

Get what you pay for

Overall comfortable stay. There were a few things that made the beginning of our stay stressful. Upon check in the codes that were sent did not work. I had to call and they gave me several different codes to try. When we went to the pool the pool code did not work. We then walked to the beach and the beach code didn't work. I had to call again to let them know. They gave me a couple different codes as they were not sure which one would work. After getting new codes for the beach and pool the beach still didn't work. We made friends with some people at the next gate, so we just used their gate. The new pool code worked. Also, they need to disclose that there is no beach view. If you stand in the corner of the 2 man balcony then you could see a sliver of water. Adequate, but low water pressure and just a clear lining on master bathroom shower. Also HOA rang the door bell to tell us we couldn't leave shoes on the outside of the door. Positives: great location, very close to beach, pretty quiet, ample parking, and price was right. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of sitting inside the condo. The condo was clean with supplies.

VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE

We rented this Condo across from the house my son was getting married at. It was very clean and the King Size bed in the Master slept Wonderfully!! We had a little hiccup with the code for the door but was fixed within the hour. The only negative thing I can say is the Water Pressure is very low but other than that it was a great place.

This was a great location. Access to a private area on the beach. My only complaint is the beds !! Hard as a rock. You could feel the springs in the mattress and squeaks very badly with the slightest move. Definitely needs to be upgraded.

Amazing place for family

This place was amazing. I enjoyed it from the time I got there til the time I left. It says there is a jetted tub but there isn't. Says they have a clubhouse it's closed. And no indoor pool like it states in the listing. But those are just tiny things that were totally ok! Very clean . More than enough of anything you will need for your stay!

Great place to unwind

My husband and I stayed here with another couple travelling with us and we had a great stay over Labor Day weekend. The condo is well furnished and spacious. Convenient beach and pool access. Highly recommend. Thanks!
