All on the ground floor: living room with lounge, large fitted kitchen, a bedroom with 1 double bed, a second bedroom with 1 double bed and a small bedroom with 1 single bed, bathroom with cabin whirlpool, WC. Electric heating, possibility of a cot. Single storey gîte with parking and enclosed courtyard shared with the owners. At the back of the gîte, private and enclosed land with terrace, pergola, barbecue, garden furniture, sun loungers, and children's games. Located near Dinan, Saint-Malo, Mont-Saint-Michel, you will appreciate the environment of this cottage surrounded by a large lawn with trees and flowers. You will enjoy this beautiful garden from the small living room or the table on the veranda. Electric gate for your peace of mind.
