I lived in this apartment during 15 years ( bought in 1995) and now this apartment is dedicated for short term renting ( since 15 years)

What makes this property unique
My building was built at the end of the 19th century, in the same period of time of the construction of the Eiffel Tower; the environment is magical with the residential and elegant Champs de Mars, the Eiffel Tower ( 100 meters from the building) , the Gros Cailloux area with the famous Rue Saint Dominique and rue Cler; one of the best area in Paris to visite and stay quietly and safe
