Upstairs: landing with reading area, 2 bedrooms (3 beds 90x190, 1 bed 140x190, 1 canvas baby bed), bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Terrace, courtyard of 200m² and land of 400 m² opening onto a meadow and an orchard. Possibility of storing equipment in a barn that can accommodate kayaks and bicycles. Ping-pong table on site. In a green and serene environment on the edge of the woods, 19th century granite house, located in a complex, close to a farm (suckler cows) belonging to the successors of Annie's parents. The cottage located 500 m from the GR34 is ideal for hiking. 2.5 km from the sea, 5 km from Lannion and 15 km from the Pink Granite Coast. You will be welcomed around a bowl of cider and Breton delicacies. Large, comfortable and well-equipped house, close to the coast!
