On the 1st floor: 3 bedrooms all with 160x200 bed, dressing room and private bathroom (including one with bath). Gravelled terrace area of 40 m², courtyard of 500 m² and lawn of 3000 m² freshly planted. Outdoor children's games (molky, balls, bad net and volleyball). Carport for 2 vehicles. Storage room for your equipment (pushchair, windsurfing board, bicycles, paddle, etc.). Telework space set up in a bedroom. Lots of space and comfort for this house which is starting its life as a gite. 800 m from the sea and close to the family beach of Kermagen, this former 19th century farmhouse, completely renovated by an architect in 2018, awaits you for a stay rich in walks on the GR34 which is not far behind the property. Close to a vegetable farm, this large residence has the following specificities: 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms, a designer kitchen and a cozy living room by the stove, all to share good times with family or friends. If you feel like it, Danielle can make you discover the life of a market gardener-greenhouse grower and his production. Pleubian, a town at the end of the wild peninsula, is full of natural curiosities to discover, such as the Sillon de Talbert, among others. Breath of iodized air guaranteed!

Fantastic Well Appointed Gite

Fantastic gite. One of the most comfortable places that we have stayed in. Extremely well equipped and fabulous kitchen and dining area. Sitting Room superb for rainy days with Smart TV. All bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, a real bonus. Really well located. Short walk to Pleubian for boulangerie and Super U. Only 10 minutes to the beach, and lovely for walking (if the weather remains good). Danielle is very responsive in all communication via email or WhatsApp. We even had some of her delicious tomatoes!
