This beautiful Breton house is located in a natural tourist area, at the end of the wild peninsula, 600 m from the beach. Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor a living room with a decorative fireplace and flat screen TV, a dining room, a pleasant and spacious kitchen with sea view, a bedroom for two people with a king size bed 160x200 with its private bathroom (shower), separate WC, laundry room. Upstairs: a bedroom with a king size bed 160x200, a twin bedroom with two beds 90x190. View from the rooms on the Jaudy estuary. Nice bathroom with bath, separate WC. Outside, you will enjoy a terrace, a courtyard and a 900 m² garden. A typical Breton exterior style for this detached house with a traditional stone facade. This comfortable house is located near the shops, 600 m from the sea, in the heart of a tourist region rich in heritage. Pleubian is distinguished by its Sillon du Talbert, a narrow tongue of sand that juts out into the sea for a distance of 3 km, a real geological curiosity. Three beautiful beaches including Sillon, Pors Rand and Kermagen.

Tres bon accueil. Gite tres bien situé à la campagne.tres spacieux.cuisine bien agencée. Chambres spacieuses.Commerces à proximité. Donc un sejour à 3 couples tres agréable avec 1 semaine de soleil.
