Beautiful Villa with pool in the green of Salento, 110 sqm, quiet and luxurious
Beautiful villa in the green of Salento south of Galatina, 20 km from the sea, between Gallipoli and Otranto. Villa and pool immersed in a fabulous and lush garden with palms, oranges, lemons, banana trees, olive trees, figs, apricot trees, walnuts, almond trees, pomegranates, peaches, plums, prickly pears, medlars etc.
The antique house was completely renovated and renewed in 2017, with a lot of taste and original material from the Province of Lecce. The villa has 4 rooms with a beautiful view, on 110 square meters (1184 sq feet), with 70 sqm of terrace, 40 sqm pergola, two bathrooms and a modern and equipped kitchen. The villa is ideal for 4 to 5 people, even up to 6 people (extra costs). With a new Swimming Pool filled with mineral water, in the stunning garden.
You will not miss anything, but you will need a car for the beautiful and countless trips that can be done in the surrounding area. We are only 2 km from the village for shopping, coffee, restaurants, bank etc.
You will love this splendid countryside in a semi-residential area in the heart of Salento.
If desired, massages are made to order, and it is also possible to have the Salentino chef at home, or to go on food and wine tours of Salento.
Nature, oxygen, culture, Zen, natural scents of typical mediterranean herbs, love, well-being and healing of the soul.

wow war das schön
Das Haus ist ein Traum, toll renoviert, echt mit viel Geschmack. Der riesige Garten ... ein einziger Genuss. Die Orangen frisch vom Baum waren so süss, und die Vermieter sehr freundlich. Das Wetter war ausgezeichnet für die Jahreszeit (Dezember) sodass wir sehr schöne Ausflüge machen konnten. Eine Woche war definitiv zu kurz. Wir wollen auf alle Fälle wieder kommen, haben uns fast etwas in das Haus verliebt.
