A bright, ENTIRELY NON-SMOKING apartment, completely renovated since August 2020. Everything you need is provided so you can enjoy your stay with family, friends, or on a business trip.

The apartment is located in the attic of a two-story building (no lift) with no direct neighbors across the way. It’s very bright and situated in a quiet area. You’ll find various shops nearby, and city centre is 3 km away.

It consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a living room with an IKEA sofa bed (which can sleep two people)—smart TV—a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, induction cooktop, microwave/toaster oven, a Senseo coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle—a dining area with a glass table and 4 chairs—and a bathroom with a small shower and a wall-mounted Japanese-style toilet featuring a heated seat and a bidet spray. Linens and bath towels are provided, as are cleaning supplies—free Wi-Fi.

Are you travelling with young children? Don’t worry—we can provide a wooden cot with a sheet and blanket, a high chair, and a baby bath tub. Please let us know when you make your reservation so we can have these items ready before your arrival.

Escapade ds le Morbihan

Avons été chaleureusement accueillies par le propriétaire qui habite sur place, à la fois discret et très disponible. Le logement est très fonctionnel, très bien isolé , lumineux et décoré avec soin. Bref, un petit appartement très "coocooning,,ou il fait bon de se poser après les nombreuses et délicieuses balades à faire autour de Vannes. La visite de l'île aux moines est à faire et à refaire, une vraie merveille!! ainsi que l'île d Arz que nous ferons la prochaine fois Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, très ressourçant et qui, plus est bien ensoleillé (et ça c'était pas gagné !)😜
