A very good holiday

Everything worked out. Flat was clean and in perfect location. Just one thing, the table on the balcony could be a bit bigger with 4 proper chairs. We already booked for next year.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Wohnung. Alles war so wie beschrieben. Der Strand, Supermarkt und Restaurants waren fußläufig gut zu erreichen.

Traumhafte, moderne Ferienwohnung in perfekter Lage – absolut empfehlenswert!Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung und können sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.Die Wohnung & Ausstattung:Die Wohnung ist sehr neuwertig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und blitzsauber. Dank des vorhandenen Lifts ist die Anreise mit Gepäck denkbar komfortabel. In der Wohnung fehlt es wirklich an nichts: Die Küche ist komplett und mit allen Geräten ausgestattet, die man im Urlaub benötigt. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die wunderschöne, sehr übersichtliche Terrasse mit Tisch und Sesseln. Sie ist kaum einsehbar und bietet dadurch eine herrlich ungestörte Privatsphäre.Die Anlage & Pool:Zur Wohnung gehören ein eigener Parkplatz und ein toller Gemeinschaftspool. Der Poolbereich ist außerordentlich sauber und – wie die gesamte Wohnanlage – extrem gepflegt.Lage & Erreichbarkeit:Die Lage in La Croix-Valmer ist einfach unschlagbar: Ohne Auto: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sind in ca. 3 Gehminuten erreicht. Der Strand Plage du Débarquement liegt nur etwa 5 bis 6 Gehminuten entfernt – man ist hier also absolut nicht auf das Auto angewiesen. Mit dem Auto: Auch als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ist die Adresse ideal. Innerhalb einer halben Stunde erreicht man in einem weiten Umkreis weitere traumhafte Strände sowie Saint-Tropez. Zudem ist die Wohnung eingebettet in eine wunderschöne Landschaft.Fazit:Eine rundum perfekt gelegene, top-ausgestattete Unterkunft

Die Lage der Wohnung ist unschlagbar durch die Nähe zum Strand. Auch einkaufen und Restaurants sind alle fußläufig erreichbar.Für vier Personen ist die Wohnung allerdings schon sehr knapp bemessen. Ich würde eher als Paar die Wohnung nutzen als mit Kindern.Am Pool gibt es leider keine Liegen oder Ähnliches. Auch keine Möglichkeit die Handtücher auszuhängen. Auf dem Boden werden sie leider früher oder später nass.Insgesamt eine schöne Anlage, jedoch zu viele Kleinigkeiten die nicht passen für 5*.

Immer wieder alles perfekt

Wir waren dieses Jahr bereits zum dritten Mal Gäste in der Ferienwohnung. Es passt einfach alles. Es ist sauber. Das Appartement hat eine tolle Ausstattung und die Lage ist super. Supermarkt und Strand sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kinder lieben den Pool. Die Kommunikation mit Vermieter und den Concierges klappt stets ohne Probleme. Deshalb kommen wir nächstes Jahr wieder und freuen uns jetzt schon sehr darauf.

Sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Die Lage ist optimal, da kurze Wege zum Strand und Supermarkt. Den Strand erreicht man fussläufig in wenigen Minuten. Der Strand ist sehr schön, sauber, lang, nicht überfüllt, Verleih von Tretbooten, Kajak etc. vorhanden. Der Ort und die Umgebung ist ebenfalls sehr schön, da viele interessante Städte/Orte in unmittelbarer Nähe, etc. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich.

Schöner Urlaub in perfekter Lage

Wir haben gerade einen wunderbaren Urlaub in der schönen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung verbracht. Alle Zimmer sind modern und bestens ausgestattet, die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Gerade einmal 5min zu Fuß zum Strand und ein Supermarkt ist in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Im Vorfeld wurden ebenfalls durch den Concierge alle wichtigen Informationen übermittelt. Wir kommen gerne wieder unsere Kinder wollten gar nicht mehr weg.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in der perfekten Ferienwohnung

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal Gäste der Ferienwohnung. Es war wieder alles perfekt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, top ausgestattet und die Lage unschlagbar. Die Kinder lieben den Pool. Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung und die gesamte Anlage sind sehr gepflegt und modern. Top Lage: Strand und Supermarkt in weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kinder liebten den Pool. Moderne Wohnung. Top eingerichtet an sehr guter Lage (zu Fuss zum Strand) schöner Pool in Anlage, ruhige und nette Umgebung. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit am Morgen für Croissants/Pain au Chocolat in Gehdistanz. Wir haben den Urlaub als Familie sehr genossen!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Das Appartment und die ganze Anlage ist ganz neu, modern eingerichtet und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Tadellose Sauberkeit und Ordnung. Swimming Pool hervorragend für Abkühlung zwischendrin und exzellenter Strand in Gehentfernung. Schlüsselübergabe und Betreuung durch Conscierge auch sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Insgesamt alles sehr empfehlenswert.
