Located on the third floor in the heart of Canmore, this spacious condo features expansive windows that perfectly frame a stunning 180-degree panoramic mountain view. With designated outdoor parking located directly beside the building (uncovered), leaving your car parked is an easy choice. Restaurants, grocery and liquor stores, boutiques, equipment rentals, and activity providers are all just a few minutes’ walk away. Stroll along Main Street or head to the walking and biking trails lining the beautiful Bow River.

With two bedrooms and two bathrooms. A primary bedroom with a king bed and three-piece ensuite, and a second bedroom with a queen bed and single overhead bunk, plus a separate four-piece bathroom. The Grand Escape comfortably accommodates two couples or a family of four to five. A pull-out sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space.
Step outside onto the large deck featuring patio furniture and a natural gas BBQ. Ideal for summer dining or unwinding with a cocktail after a day of adventure.
Central heating, designated outdoor parking by the building, elevator access, easy stair access to the third floor, and keyless entry are all included for your convenience.

The condo is just a 3-minute walk to fantastic restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and art galleries on 8th Street (Main Street) and 10th Street. Four major grocery stores are nearby, including one directly across from the building’s outdoor parking area. The beloved French bakery and coffee bar, Le Fournil, is only a 5-minute walk along Bow Valley Trail. Easily accessed via the pedestrian railway crossing beside Save-On-Foods.
Nearby attractions also include Elevation Place, Canmore’s recreation facility with climbing walls, pools, hot tubs, gym, library, and art gallery, as well as artsPlace, the town’s creative and performance hub.
Canmore offers convenient public transportation via Roam Transit, with routes throughout town and regional service to Banff. Timetables are provided in the condo, or you may visit their website or download the Roam Transit app. Numerous equipment rental shops and activity providers are also available nearby to help you make the most of your stay.
Stay Safe Practices
As hosts, we take pride in providing a clean and comfortable space. The condo is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to arrival, with special attention to high-touch surfaces. Disinfecting supplies are also provided for your use during your stay.
House Rules (Summary):
Only registered guests are permitted inside the unit at all times. No visitors or unregistered guests are allowed. Maximum occupancy is seven (7) guests.
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Minimum renter age: 25 years
No outdoor shoes inside the unit
Non-smoking building (including patio and deck); penalties apply
No parties or excessive noise
Please be respectful of neighbors, especially on the balcony
Load the dishwasher and dispose of garbage before checkout
Personal belongings must be removed at checkout; items left behind are stored for 30 days
Unopened alcohol is considered a tip for housekeeping
No pets allowed
