Charming House with Pool in Southern Ardèche, 4 Bedrooms

Magnificent typical Ardèche stone house with swimming pool, 4 bedrooms and its slate roof.
For lovers of nature, calm and tranquillity this house of character will enchant you. You will stay in the beautiful wild valley of the Drobie, in the heart of the Ardèche Cévennes, in the heart of the Regional Natural Park of the Monts d'Ardèche. 20 minutes from Joyeuse. Possibility of many sports activities (canoeing, kayaking, canyoning, mountain biking tree climbing. Chauvet Cave 1 hour away.
The house, comfortable, with all the amenities has two stone terraces: one, very large and covered on one part, is exposed to the east, and has a very beautiful swimming pool (4X8). The other, to the west, has direct access to the kitchen. The house is very sunny but you will have coolness inside.
The rooms are all air-conditioned.
If you decide to stay outside the summer period, you can enjoy the superb two-arched fireplace.
Cleaning rate for 2 nights minimum 85€
Sheets and towels are extra at a rate of 20€ per bed

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. La maison était charmante, typique ardéchoise et surplombe la vallée. Communication fluide avec Chantal et Mariane (en charge du ménage). Le plus, la climatisation dans toutes les chambres. À prendre en considération : la forte présence de frelons asiatiques à la nuit tombée (à cette période de l’année) qui ne nous permettait pas de profiter pleinement de l’extérieur le soir. Je recommande ce logement mais vigilance si vous avez peur des insectes.

Une région magnifique et un cadre absolument incroyable! La maison typique de la région est perchée dans les collines avec une vue extraordinaire! La vue depuis la terrasse piscine était magique! une adresse à retenir définitivement!

Fijn en royaal huis in het rustige deel van de Ardèche

Prachtig massief stenen huis met veel verschillende en fijne plekken waaronder riant terras en zwembad met prachtig uitzicht. Hartelijke ontvangst maar wel raar dat beddengoed los besteld moest worden en vervolgens ook nog summier is.
