Excellent petit appartement de charactere, spacieux, propre et tres bien placé (5 min du centre ville, 8min de la plage a pied).La petite cour inétrieure est un tres gros plus lorsqu'il fait beau, nous en avons pleinement profité durant la dizaine de jours de notre séjour. Nous étions quattre, deux adultes et deux ados et il y avait assez de place pour qu'on ne se marche pas sur les pieds.Les gérants sont super sympa, accessibles et toujours pret a aider. Grand merci a Magda et Jean-Nicolas, vous etes super.L'appartement est tres bien equipé, cuisine moderne, machine a laver, lave vaisselle, TV, internet, etc.. Vraiment rien a redire.Nous avions aussi reservé la place de parking (extra), ce que je conseille absolument si vous avez un véhicule car le parking dans le quartier est plutot difficile.Le seul petit point négatif est le meme que la pupart des autres avis, il y vraiment peu de place pour le rangement des vetements, affaires mais voyageant assez souvent, cela ne nous a pas vraiment gené de les laisser dans les bagages.En conclusion, je recommende grandement "L'hacienda", appart tres sympa, tres bien placé et equipe super accueillante.

Gut gelegene Wohnung, funktional

Wir konnten alles gut mit Bus, Bahn und zu Fuss erreichen. Einziges Manko wäre Aufraummöglichkeit fürs Gepäck, und wir waren nur zur zweit;)

Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage und ist ruhig. Wir waren froh, die Garage gemietet zu haben, da Parkplätze rar sind und das Autofahren herausfordernd ist.

Kurzurlaub Le Havre

Die Hafenstadt und ihre Umgebung haben für einen Kurztrip einiges zu bieten. Viele Einbahnstraßen in den Ortschaften machen das Autofahren etwas kompliziert, aber es bleibt machbar. Parkplätze sind eher rar, sodass wir sehr froh waren über die Garage, die in fußläufiger Entfernung der Unterkunft vorhanden war (gegen Aufpreis zu mieten). Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Très bel appartement très bien situé

La petite cour intérieure partiellement couverte (pas besoin de parasol pour déjeuner à l'ombre) est un vrai plus. L'appartement est très bien agencé et bien décoré. Et la situation est idéale, proche du bord de mer, du centre ville. On reviendra !

Au top

Appartement avec petit patio au top. Rien à redire tant sur la propreté que sur la communication avec le propriétaire. De passage régulièrement au Havre pour voir la famille, nous reviendrons, c'est certain. Tout a été pensé pour passer un agréable séjour. Juste un petit bémol sur l'espace de rangement qui manque dans les chambres et la salle de bains mais nous nous sommes adapté.

Le Havre, überraschend ruhig mit Charme

Die FeWo ist wohnlich mit Komfort, besonders schön ist die Terrasse. Etwas nervig ist das Waschbecken im Badezimmer. Hübsches Design aber wenn man den Wasserhahn stärker anstellt, ist das Oberteil nass. Die FeWo ist in einem älteren Haus. Wenn man nicht den tiefsten Schlaf hat, hört man, wenn die Nachbarn über der Fewo durch den Raum gehen. Der Strand ist fußläufig 10 Minuten entfernt. Es ist schön dort auf der Promenade spazieren zu gehen. Für einen Strandtag empfiehlt es sich aber besser zu einem Badeort in der Umgebung zu fahren, da vor Ort nur ein grober Kiesstrand ist. Der Stadtteil Saint- Vincent ist urig, mit kleinen Geschäften und Supermärkten.

Séjour agréable

Le séjour fut agréable: l’appartement est bien situé , on trouve de tout à quelques rues. Propreté a l’arrivée, rien à redire. Comme certains l’ont déjà précisé: il manque un meuble de rangement dans les chambres, pas grand chose mais c’est toujours mieux. La cuisine est très agréable, il manque juste une poubelle permettant de trier les déchets ;-) Dans la salle de basin, il m’a que également un petit meuble pour ranger les produits. Concernant la ville, je recommande vivement sa visite.

Bel appartement lorsqu’on y est de passage.

Bel appartement décoré avec goût. Un joli patio ensoleillé toute la journée et à l’abris du vent. Très lumineux. Une literie confortable. A notre arrivée, l’appartement était propre (mise à part un canapé taché par de précédente location), le linge fourni également. Cependant, ne convient pas à une famille avec enfants en bas âges. Le mitigeur de la douche ne fonctionne pas correctement (impossible de régler la température de l’eau), il y a une seule grande poêle pour cuisiner et qui n’est pas en très bon état. Il n’y a pas dû tout de rangements pour les vêtements ce qui oblige à laisser dans les valises ceux ci. Je pense que c’est un bel appartement pour des adultes avec des grands enfants lorsqu’on y est de passage et non pour y séjourner. A noter que l’appartement se trouve en RDC et qu’il faut demander l’accord des propriétaires si l’on souhaite convier des personnes au sein de la location (ces 2 points ne sont pas notés sur l’annonce mais sur le cahier d’arrivée mis a disposition). Malgré ces bémols, nous avons passé un agréable séjour au Havre et Magda était réactivé à nos sollicitations.

Excellent séjour de découverte du Havre

L organisation de notre arrivée dans l'Hacienda est un parcours sans faute. Rez de chaussée agréable avec la petite cour pour prendre du soleil et manger dehors malheureusement le temps n était pas au rendez-vous. Nous avons quand même profiter pour découvrir la ville du Havre, agréable à vivre ainsi qu'Honfleur et Etretat. Dans tous les cas, je recommande cette location, surtout qu elle est très bien située: non loin de la mer et du centre ville.
