Relax in the spacious living room of this lovely ski condo, and don't be afraid to put a log or two on the fire! Take your morning coffee outside on the balcony, breathe in the crisp alpine air, and admire the view of the woods and part of the mountain - it's even closer than it looks. With this condo, you'll also have access to the many amenities of the Village at Breckenridge, including indoor and outdoor (heated) pools, a hot tub, a sauna, and a fitness room.

The Village at Breckenridge is situated at the base of Peak 9, within walking distance of Maggie Pond (a great location for stand-up paddleboarding in summer). Main Street is only half a mile away, allowing you to easily peruse the charming local shops. If you're traveling with your kids, take in some live theater (and gold panning activities) at Country Boy Mine less than three miles away. Breckenridge Golf Club (less than five miles) provides three challenging, nine-hole courses as well.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
