1/ Thank you for reading the rules of procedure

* The ceiling height of the downstairs relaxation room is 2m, therefore rental is not possible for anyone measuring 1m90 or more
* no WIFI
* Access to the front door is via a staircase of 17 steps that leads down into the courtyard
* No pets are allowed
* The house is a non-smoking area

Outside the summer season, my husband and I spend several months in this large, bright and functional house that we love very much
The entire interior was finished in 2021 and all the equipment is new,
I furnished it with antique furniture (family furniture or "found" at an antique dealer, knick-knacks ditto,)
I am counting on your to take care of it!

Let me describe it to you:
A/Single-storey (100m2): the living rooms:
Kitchen overlooking the courtyard
Entrance with the staircase going down to the lower floor,
Each bedroom is equipped with a high-performance pedestal fan. Air conditioning for the entrance, the living room and the kitchen which communicates.
1 bedroom (2 beds 90) overlooking the courtyard
1 large bedroom opening onto the terrace through 1 French window (1 bed 140)
The bathroom communicates with each bedroom (separate toilet with a washbasin)
and a large living room opening onto the terrace through 2 French windows/

B/Below: a large relaxation and games room (60m2) ceiling height 2m.
This room opens onto a loggia (2 drying racks for laundry)
Reading area near a French window: sofa, table, armchairs
Board games, books, table football, table tennis,
and a "laundry room": ironing board, washing machine (purchase after the 2022 season), 2 folding drying racks on the loggia

For cleaning, 2 vacuum cleaners (1 without bag, purchase 2022) including a new one (with bag)
For meals: 2 tables inside (kitchen and living room) and 2 tables outside: terrace and courtyard. The initial wooden table with two benches is in the courtyard, and a marble and mosaic table with armchairs (for more comfort) on the terrace; the courtyard is used for meals on heavy Tramontana days.

Maison sur deux niveaux grande et bien équipée, elle dispose d'une superbe vue sur la mer.Elle est proche du centre du village mais le dénivelé est important (la remontée à pied par forte chaleur est éprouvante)La rue est très calme de jour comme de nuit.

Nous nous sommes rapidement senti chez nous dans cette maison où tout est fait pour passer un agréable séjour.Merci à Madame Joëlle pour son accueil et pour la flexibilité dont elle a fait preuve lors de notre arrivée.Superbe vue sur la mer et les environs depuis le salon - salle à manger et depuis une chambre à coucher.Comme il faisait beau, nous n'avons pas profité de la grande salle de jeux bien équipée, mais c'est un plus en cas de mauvais temps. De nombreux livres sont également à disposition, c'est top !!!Encore merci pour tout .Bien cordialement

Nous avons passés un bon séjour , la région est superbe, le quartier est calme ;la maison est très confortable ,spacieuse et très lumineuse grace aux baies vitrés donnant sur une grande terrasse face à la mer ,la vue est magnifique ,la literie est de qualité ,nous avons très bien dormi. la salle de jeux a été apprécié par les enfantsl'accueil a été parfait , Madame P a pris le temps pour la visite, elle nous a été de bons conseils, soucieuse de notre bien etre . tout à été pensé pour que l'on s'y sente bien.la maison possède de nombreux équipements, il ne manque rien .je recommande cette location.l

Séjour face à la mer !

Trés bon séjour dans un cadre magnifique. La maison claire, récente, est trés confortable, et spacieuse. L'essentiel restant un balcon de 20 m2 face a la mer. Je recommande.

Agréable séjour

Pour la troisième année consécutive nous avons passé une semaine de vacances dans cette agréable maison qui nous est familière désormais, dans cette belle région où l'on peut voir facilement avec un masque, un tuba, et des palmes, les poissons de la réserve maritime de Cerbère.

Logement confortable avec vue magnifique

La situation du logement offre une vue magnifique mais il ne faut pas souffrir d’acrophobie. Tous les environs sont à voir, il y a tout pour être heureux, mer et montagne, soleil et eau turquoise.

Vue magnifique !!!

Maison très agréable avec une vue incroyable et apaisante. La climatisation est appréciable comme le sous-sol où nos enfants ont passé tout leur temps à jouer au ping-pong, baby, billard. La communication avec Joëlle a été très bonne et nous la remercions pour nous avoir renvoyer un sac oublié.

Superbe séjour ! Vue magnifique et terrasse à l ombre toute l après midi Nous avons passé un séjour en famille dans un environnement calme avec des petites criques à pied à 20 minutes magnifiques ! Très bon accueil , le logement est très spacieux et bien placé .

Prachtige complete woning met droom uitzicht over zee

Prima ontvangst en geweldig verblijf. Jammer dat we er maar twee nachten waren. Airco in de slaapkamers is wel een aanbeveling.
