This condo is a true skier's dream, offering a ski-in/out location next to the Snowflake Lift and close proximity to all the wonderful shops, restaurants, and activities in beautiful downtown Breckenridge. You'll love the stylish, ski-chalet vibes of this condo, complete with an abundance of natural light, luxurious furniture, and lovely rustic decor.

Binge your favorite movies or shows on the cable TV after a day on the slopes, then take a little personal time with a trip to the community hot tub. You'll have downtown Breckenridge within a few minutes' walk, so be sure to take a day off from the mountain to get in a little exploring. And don't forget to take advantage of all the fantastic on-site amenities, including a game room with air hockey, arcade consoles, and Ping-Pong.

While winter guests can shred Breckenridge's spectacular ski runs, summer visitors will enjoy taking gorgeous hikes along the Blair Witch Trail, the Spruce Creek Trail, the Lily Pad Lake Trail, and other local favorites. Alpine Fishing Adventures is less than 10 miles north, ready to take you out to reel in some brown trout, rainbow trout, kokanee salmon, and arctic char.

The steam rooms, lift ticket office, Charter Sports (equipment rentals), and the Spa at Breckenridge are located on the first floor of BlueSky.
Amenities include an on-site ski lift ticket office, Charter Sports Ski and Snowboard Rentals, and the CU Tavern.
Complimentary shuttle service runs to the limits of downtown Breckenridge. Hours will vary, depending on the season.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Great stay in Breck

The suite was spacious, clean and loaded with amenities. It was fully stocked with supplies and everything we could need. The pool and hot tubs were clean and convenient. The suite does face the pool so it can be a little loud in the evenings if you have the windows open, but they do enforce the 10pm closure and quiet time. All the Vacasa staff were friendly and super helpful! We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.

With charter sports on the bottom floor giving 30% off ski rental to guests, convenient end of day gear storage, a private locker right outside the ski slope, and the snowflake lift right outside the door, what else could you possibly want? Oh a jacuzzi to soothe muscles at the end of the day? Yeah they have that too.

Lovely property

Wonderful property. The home we stayed in was well kept and cozy. We loved having 2 full bathrooms and 2 big beds in separate bedrooms, fireplace, 3 hot tubs and a pool big enough for laps. It was tucked up in the mountain, so we felt like it was private, but only a 10 minute walk from Main Street. 2 minute walk / 1/2 block to Snowflake lift. There is a shuttle that takes you to town so it's easy to get around without your car. The kitchen had all we needed to cook and eat in, pots, pans, plates, utensils, etc. Really lovely place, can't say enough good things.

Beautiful condo in Breckenridge

This condo is as pretty as the pictures. Very clean and comfortable. Large bedrooms, bathrooms and living spaces with a well equipped kitchen. The views of the sky and trees are very pretty out all the windows. One caveat. You will hear noise from the pool area until it closes at 10. So if you like to go to bed early, find a unit on the opposite side of the pool.

Great Unit! Great Decor! Great View! This is the second time we have stayed in this particular unit and we loved it, once again! We also love the pool and hot tubs at the BlueSky. The resort is super clean and the staff were wonderful to work with and very accommodating. The shuttle service really makes getting into town easy and you don't have to deal with parking...which you have to pay for...pretty much anywhere you go in town near Main Street. The shuttle driver had some great recommendations for restaurants and even tracked us down to return my husbands coat that he left on the shuttle which was great because we wanted to spend time walking around Main Street after dinner. He was awesome!

Breckenridge Condo summer visit

The Bluesky Condo was a very convenient place to stay in Breckenridge. It was within walking distance to Main Street and to nearby hiking trails. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The outdoor pool and hot tubs were well maintained and clean. The only complaint was that our condo and balcony viewed the pool area. When anyone was at the pool or hot tub their voices were carried up to our condo. With no air conditioning, we wanted to keep our windows open, but in the evening the noise from the pool required us to close the windows. Otherwise, a pleasant stay. We also appreciated having our own assigned parking space.

Great family place

6 days in Breck

There’s so many things to like about Breck(as the locals call it). Many restaurants, attractions and things to do. We booked Vacasa Blue Sky because it met our criteria and what we received is exactly what we expected. Nice facility, easy check in, centrally located, great staff and a very nice condo. The bed was very comfy, everything worked and all necessary items such as pots, pans, dishes were provided to make our stay that much more enjoyable. If ever back in Breck we’d def consider this property. And BTW the free shuttle to and from town was awesome even tho we decided to huff it up the hill a couple times just to get our steps…… lol……great stay 5 Star, no worries about booking here….

Boutique Feel with Amazing Views and Walk to Town

I loved BlueSky including the look, boutique feel, amenities, and amazing staff. I spend months researching places to stay when in the Colorado mountains and I always strive to find a place with amazing views of the mountains, walkable to town, and with very nice accommodations. BlueSky met all those requirements plus more. The unit itself was beautiful, spacious and had everything we needed. The views and deck overlooked the pool area but what was captivating were the views of the mountains. Just amazing! The unit is on the 5th floor so there is a unit above but we didn't hear much noise or walking above us. The units seem to be pretty much sound proof, even when you shut the windows you can't hear anyone at the pool. We used the gym almost every day and the hot tubs. The hot tubs are great because they are super big, bigger than any hot tub I have ever been in and they were hot! Not always something you get at other condos. We walked to town most of the time but there is a shuttle that seems to be always available. This was nice when we didn't feel like walking home or when it rained. This is the smallest community we have stayed at and I really liked that. We hardly ever had to share the shuttle, hot tub, gym, game room. The staff are so friendly that I almost felt like we were family! Out of all the places we have stayed in Breck over the years, this is by far our favorite. I wish I could live here!
