Comfortable family home with jacuzzi and sauna

Charming house located in the heart of a town with all amenities, close to Auray. House with garden in a quiet area.

Important: we have 3 cats, Cara, Ori and Samba, we must accept their presence and we also ask you to feed them and give them a few cuddles.

No immediate booking as arrangement possible.
A rental contract will be drawn up and we also ask you for a deposit. Departure on Saturday at the latest.

We go on holiday and we offer to rent our house while we are away. Our house is in our image and decorated with objects that we bring back from our travels, so it is a house with a personality.
At your disposal 3 bedrooms equipped with double bed, 2 bathrooms, one with toilet, open fitted kitchen, living room and a large veranda, garage for bicycles, garden with jacuzzi and traditional wood-fired sauna!
Ideal for large family or 2 families as a bedroom with bathroom is independent.


Our house is ideally located in a housing estate, very quiet environment, in a small town backed by Auray/Saint goustan, 3 minutes from the motorway, 15 minutes from Vannes, 10 minutes from the Gulf of Morbihan and 20 minutes from the beaches (Trinité, Carnac, Erdeven).

Place de la mairie at 300 m with:
Bakery/pastry shop with a very good quality/price ratio.
Local farmers' market on Thursday mornings.
Depending on the day of the week, different trucks: pizza, fried chicken, burgers.
Oyster farmer on Sunday mornings.
Supermarket at 1.2km

You will enjoy our quiet garden.
You will have access to our traditional outdoor Nordic bath (4 people max. at a time), it is a jacuzzi (jets, bubbles and light) with wood heating and cold shower, all outside.
Count between 2 and 3 hours of heating in summer, use time 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.).
Or our traditional Finnish sauna (2 people) is a red cedar barrel heated by wood between 65° and 85°, 1 hour of heating.

Ground floor: an adjoining living room and library opening onto a large bright veranda overlooking the garden.
A fully equipped kitchen with a table for 3-4. A locked bedroom for our personal belongings. Toilet. Garage/laundry room with studio access

At your disposal in the kitchen:
Fridge-freezer, induction hob, double sink, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, stand mixer, crockery etc...
Please leave clean dishes behind.
At your disposal in the living room:
books, board games, Hi-Fi system, small TV.
At your disposal in the garage:
3 adult bikes, 2 of which are electric, bodyboards, deckchairs, inflatable boat, beach games.
Washing machine, dryer, sink.


Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with a double bed per room. The master bedroom has a 160x200 bed and the other 140*200. One bedroom is also closed for our personal belongings.

Also on the 1st floor, above the garage/laundry room, small studio: bedroom with walk-in shower, toilet, washbasin (the bathroom is separated from the bedroom by a curtain and not a door), 2-seater sofa, 140*190 bed, TV, Hi-Fi and wifi.
Note that access to the studio is via a miller's staircase, perhaps steep for some people.


You will have a parking space in front of the house otherwise large free parking in the square in front of the house.


We provide all the linen.
