OUR PROPERTY <br>In the town of Caux, a small medieval village nestled among the vineyards between the sea and the mountains. A charming little property in a quiet cul-de-sac with a beautiful, unobstructed view, set on a 1,200 m² enclosed garden planted with olive, fig, and lemon trees... Just 5 minutes from Pézénas, a city of art and history, and a few minutes from Béziers, the fine sandy beaches of the Mediterranean, Lake Salagou, Narbonne, Montpellier, and the thermal spas of Lamalou-les-Bains.<br><br>In a region where the sun shines 300 days a year, you can enjoy our beautiful 5m x 10m pool for swimming and its tiled deck for relaxing and sunbathing—it’s the ideal spot for a wonderful holiday.<br><br>The pool is closed from late September through May 26 (due to complete renovation) <br>Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.<br><br>There are numerous hiking and biking trails in the region through vineyards, the garrigue, the mountains, and along the beaches.<br><br>Our holiday rentals are located just a stone’s throw from city centre Caux and its shops.<br><br>The Azure and Corail holiday rentals are equipped with air conditioning, a TV, Wi-Fi, a refrigerator, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a coffee maker.<br><br>Given the current situation, cleaning and sanitizing the premises are no longer optional.<br>Bed linens and towels are available as optional extras.<br><br>Our watchwords are good cheer and friendliness.<br><br>Languages spoken: French.<br><br>Pets are not allowed.<br><br>We guarantee our guests a safe stay in accommodation that are cleaned and disinfected according to a protocol that complies with all hygiene measures recommended by the authorities in response to the pandemic.<br><br>destroisterrasses.com is committed to refunding your stay in the event of a cancellation due to the health crisis.<br>Reservations can only be made by phone or email.<br><br>PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CONTACT US FOR MORE INFORMATION.
