Wonderful 2 Bedroom Apartment in Pintoresque Alpine Village.

Leutasch is paradise for mountain biking (2 bikes available in the house) and nordic skiing as well as hiking and relaxing. The apartment of 55+ m2 is located in an idyllic place, barrier free and fully equipped to modern standards.

The Neighbourhood:
Very friendly neighbours. They know the house and are able to give support if needed. The neighourhood is very calm. Obere Wiese is a cul-de-sac street, no through traffic. Obere Wiese is on an elevated terrain, so you can enjoy some views and sense of space.

Getting Around:
Car or bicycle recommended to move around and to the supermarket, although the area around the house offers great hiking opportunities and can be used as starting point for extensive hiking and bicycle tours. Bus stop Kirchplatzl within 10min. walking distance.

Nearest places:
You will enjoy total tranquility in the Alps, with only a 10 minutes drive to hip Seefeld or precious Mittenwald and only 40 minutes away from historic Innsbruck or famous Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Munich city center is only 1.5 hours away (drive or train).

Airports:
Nearest international airports are Innsbruck or Munich.

Merveilleux

we really appreciated our holidays in Mathias's house. It was clean and well equiped. The landscape is so beautiful and so quiet. The check in and check out is easy and Mathias easily reachable. We fully recommend the house.

Bis aufs Wetter alles gut

Etwas störend war das volle Wasserfass bei der Terasse, in das der Regen vom Dach laut hineinplatschte. Ansonsten alles gut.

Winterurlaub

Kleine gemütliche Ferienwohnung, für 4 Personen völlig ausreichend. Modern eingerichtete Wohnküche mit einem gemütlichen Sofa. In der Küche sind alle notwendigen Utensilien vorhanden. Modernes Bad. Ein paar Haken für Handtücher wären schön gewesen. Man bekommt die Hand- und Duschtücher für 4 Personen nicht auf dem Handtuchheizkörper unter. Prima ist der Carportstellplatz, das hat uns das Abkehren des Schnees vom Auto erspart. Die Kommunikation mit dem nicht vor Ort wohnenden Vermieter war problemlos. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, besten Dank dafür.

Schöner Urlaub in Leutasch

Die Kommunikation mit Mathias hat super geklappt. Er hat immer schnell und ausführlich auf Mails/Fragen reagiert. Die Wohnung ist schön und sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir hatten erst Bedenken, dass die Entfernung zur Loipe zu weit ist, aber das war kein Problem. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Toll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit modernem Bad und Küche. Alle Geräte funktionieren und sind gewartet. Sehr ruhig und man ist schnell im Zentrum unsmd in Seefeld. Kann sehr gut sein, dass wir wiederkommen!!

Schöne Wohnung in sehr guter Lage

Die Wohnung ist im gesamten wohnlich und gemütlich eingerichtet. Besonders der Küchen- und Wohnbereich ist hell und neuwertig. Auch das Bad ist neu gemacht und sauber. Die Schlafbereiche sind sauber und etwas dunkler, jedoch auch mit neuwertigen Betten und guter Beleuchtung ausgestattet. Die Küche ist grundsätzlich gut ausgestattet und sauber. Es sind auch genügend Lappen / Schwämme / Spülmittel und Tabs fürs Spülen und die Spülmaschine vorhanden. Sogar Gewürze und dergleichen hatten wir vorgefunden (wer sowas dann auch nutzen möchte). Eine neue Bratpfanne wäre allerdings mal angebracht :-). Wer Filterkaffee mag, sollte sich allerdings eine Maschine oder wenigsten einen Filteraufsatz mitbringen, da in der Küche nur eine "Tassimo" Maschine (teure Kapseln) und ein "Kaffee/Tee-bereiter" (das Ding mit Sieb zum runter drücken) vorhanden ist. Der Vermieter ist in England wohnhaft, also nicht vor Ort. Jedoch war eine Kommunikation per Mail, auch bei Nachfragen vor Ort, schnell und unkompliziert möglich - in deutsch. Eine nette ältere Dame im Nachbarhaus kümmert sich um die Schlüsselübergabe und nimmt die Touristengebühr entgegen, jedoch findet leider keine Einweisung in die Wohnung bzw. zum Thema Müllentsorgung statt. (Eine Nachbarin im oberen Stock des Hauses war glücklicherweise bereit, uns Auskunft zu geben) Wer die Waschmaschine sucht, muss rechts vom Haus den (etwas rustikal wirkenden) Treppenabgang hinunter. Die vorhandenen Fahrräder (Mountainbikes, Hardtail) sind in einem technisch einwandfreien Zustand und sofort nutzbar. Praktisch ist auch, dass die Wohnung ebenerdig ist, mit einer neu gemachten Terrasse, und der Weg zum eigenen PKW nur wenige Meter sind (praktisch beim Ein- und Ausladen). Auch wichtig: In der gesamten Wohnung hat man einen guten Internetempfang :-) (etwa 10 / 5 Mbit Down-/Upload) Im gesamten würden wir sofort wieder in diese Wohnung gehen - nun wissen wir ja, was wir ggf noch selbst mitbringen sollten ;-)

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön

Im Großen und Ganzen war die Wohnung sehr schön,man konnte alles finden was man für seinen Urlaub dort braucht. Ein bißchen schade war, dass die Terrasse direkt zur Straße zeigt und man keinerlei Sichtschutz hatte . Aber da wir sehr schlechtes Wetter hatten brauchten wir sie ja auch nicht. Ansonsten war alles ok und das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt!

Im Urlaub zuhause fühlen können

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, die Einrichtung ist gemütlich, der Ess-Wohnzimmerbereich großzügig und alles gut durchdacht. Dadurch war es weniger wichtig, dass dieses Mal das Wetter verrückt gespielt hat. Gewünscht hätte ich mir ein paar Tipps, um sich vor Ort besser orientieren zu können (habe erst mal den Einstieg in die Loipe gesucht) und einen Messerschärfer 😉

Fantastische Ferienwohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Komplett neu und hochwertig eingerichtet, tolles Wohlfühlbad mit Fußbodenheizung, Wohnung schön warm, gutes WLAN!, Auto in Garage abstellbar (kein Schnee runterfegen und Auto enteisen!), kütaierhof als Restaurantempfehlung, mind. 2 Tage vorher reservieren!

schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die Wohnung bietet 2 Schlafräume, ein schönes Bad und einen großen Wohnküchenbereich (mit Geschirrspüler). Eine gute, urige Gaststätte ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben tolle Tage im verschneiten Leutasch gehabt. Zu empfehlen.

Liebevoll eingerichtet, bis ins kleinste Detail

Wir waren für eine Woche zu zweit in der Wohnung. Da wir es schon oft erlebten, dass Dinge die man braucht nicht vorhanden sind, haben wir entsprechend gepackt und vieles von zu Hause mitgebracht. NICHTS davon haben wir gebraucht. Die Wohnung ist einfach perfekt ausgestattet (selbst Windeln für Babys und Trinkflaschen). Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig. Die Lage idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Der Vermieter ist immer erreichbar und immer prompte Reaktion auf Mails. Zur Wohnung gehört eine kleine Terrasse, wer eine Liegewiese zum Sonnen sucht ist hier falsch, aber man kommt ja auch zum Wandern. Ebenso gehören Räder zur Wohnung, die in einem guten Zustand sind. Wir kommen wieder, eine Woche ist definitiv zu kurz. Danke!

In my spare time I like running or just going to the gym, or simply stay on the sofa and enjoy a good film or TV show.

The apartment enjoyed a substantial renovation in 2015 and is being taken care of professionally. It's now a modern yet stylish place with high quality finishings and features. The house is in a very quiet location. The access is a sac du cul for those 15 houses in the street. Neighbours are always willing to help and know me and the house perfectly.
