Location can't be beat, host was very responsive, unit was clean, and we had plenty of space. Only downside was that unit doesn't include beach badges, but not a deal breaker.

Excellent host and beach house! Check-in was super easy, the kitchen amenities were top notch, and the location right on the beach can't be beat. Ocean views from all balconies were fantastic. More than comfortable, and convenient to everything. Our family had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful beachfront townhouse, and we will definitely be renting again in the future. Highly recommend!!

The best part of this property is the proximity to the beach. It’s a beautiful townhouse with a new kitchen. Two of the 4 bathrooms look original & are outdated. There is no room to park a car in the garage & you can’t fit 2 cars in the driveway, but there are 2 additional parking spaces behind the unit, so you can park 3 cars easily. Owners left essentials like some toilet paper, napkins & paper towels & hand soap so when you entered you didn’t have to figure out where these were packed in your stuff. Much appreciated We would definitely rent this property again! Really great experience for our family!

Darryl is a great host to work with, always very helpful and available. Being right on the beach was amazing. Super easy to set up on beach each morning and bring little ones back and forth; absolutely no walking through long long dunes!! Each floor has a bedroom with its own bath, plus an extra 1/2 bath, which was perfect for our party of 8. We thoroughly enjoyed the wine fridge and the great TVs. Didn’t miss out on one minute of the Olympics. The 2 bikes, boogie board, and 4/5beach chairs in the garage made things quite convenient. A few things you need to be ready for; getting beach passes at the community center for all the adults and 3 flights of stairs inside the house. We were able to stay on the first floor and only needed to walk one flight to the family area. Just thought I’d mention it if you plan to rent with babies and/or older folks. Would definitely rent here again.

Beach vacation

This was our first time to spend a week together. The place is great, spacious for five adults and beautifully set up, especially the wine fridge. This place is very close to the beach so it is convenient to go back to the house if you forgot something. Beach tags are not included however. You can purchase them at the community center or buy them on the beach. Seniors over 65 and children below a certain age are free. We will definitely come back next year.

My family and I rented this property and we loved the location to the beach. The house was clean and had plenty of room for family each have their own room. The ow Er was very responsive to any questions we had.

Beach Happy

The location of this property cant be beat. The beach is steps away and the decks have great ocean views. Very quiet neighborhood. The owner was very responsive. The home was very clean and comfortable. It was nice having off road parking for three cars. The only thing I would say is to just be aware that there are alot of steps up to the master bedroom and bathroom in case that is an issue.
