Lots of room

Great for a family! Be sure to bring by your own tolitries and hair dryer as they are not available. Close to grocery store and easy drive to downtown St Petersburg. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing stay, Elaine is the best!

My family and I rent many homes for our vacations and this was by far the cleanest house we have seen! The house is in close proximity to downtown, restaurants, and grocery stores. Perfect stay! Will definitely be using Elaine next time in St. Pete’s!

Pet Friendly and Centrally-Located

Elaine was a great hostess at this pet-friendly property that was located close to everything we wanted to do in St. Pete. The property was spotless and we loved the little courtyard. The neighborhood was great for walking. Elaine was very accommodating and went above and beyond to help us with our stay.

Quaint rambler close to downtown St Pete

We loved having the space for 6 adults and an inviting living room/kitchen area. The courtyard was the perfect gathering place for talks, meals, or relaxing. Having downtown St Petersburg only a few miles away made our wedding weekend and free night exploring easy and convenient. Thanks again for bringing over the bikes - my daughter and I had a great ride!

Wonderful people, great place

Elaine & James were great to us, you will enjoy them. We were not in town for a vacation but for a funeral. Getting the house was a real blessing to us as three of our kids and two of our grandchildren stayed with us. Having the house where we could all stay together was exactly what we needed. The house was cleaned and neat when we arrived. Overall we would definitely stay here again when we return for a real vacation!

Simple Family Weekend

The listing is just as it appears in the pictures. No frills, just everything you need. Clean with plenty of towels and centrally located. You do have to walk through one bedroom to get to the 2nd and the 3rd bedroom is in the main living area off from the kitchen - blocked off with tri-fold panels. We were two families that had plenty of space for our 4 children + pet. This was everything we needed for a simple reunion weekend.

Wonderful family space

We really appreciated Elaine's promptness and flexibility for this stay. When a family member passed away very suddenly, we didn't know how many family member would be coming to town for services and to help out. We booked this place because of the plethora of sleeping options (3 bedrooms plus 2 pull out couches), and Elaine was so helpful all along the way. The house also helpfully has a full kitchen, laundry, and 2 bathrooms. It's quite near to grocery stores, etc. There are 2 bicycles available, which was helpful for quick trips to the market. I see I use the word 'helpful' a lot of times in this review, but that's how I feel -- Elaine and her house were both exactly what we needed at this difficult time.

Cozy house near St. Pete

I rented this location for a girls trip for myself and my friends. We enjoyed the property. Make sure to bring extra toilet paper, there was only one roll per bathroom, we ended up needing to buy more. There also weren’t any garbage bags in the garbage cans, we had to purchase those also. I also recommend calling the host if you need information. She never responded to my messages. Overall this location worked well for our needs. It is close to St. Pete, it was clean, beds comfortable, cozy feel. Host is very nice, friendly. I would stay again despite the above minor issues.

Not as described. Only 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms, not three and three as described. Had to actually walk through one bedroom to get to the other bedroom that didn’t have aTV as described.The courtyard is shared with guesthouse and not private as described.The furniture and bedding and towels seemed to be EXTREMELY old .

HOSTESS WITH THE MOST'EST!

Elaine was wonderful. Made the entire experience easy, and the location is perfect. She is so easy to work with, and gave us so many helpful suggestions for restaurants and beaches to visit while in town. Less than 30 minutes to both Sunset Beach and Inidan Rocks Beach. Also 10 minutes from St. Pete's Peir, with so many restaurants and other night life so close by. Definitely reaching out to Elaine when we come back again.

Absolutely amazing experience this past week’

We feel so grateful to find Elaine’s amazing property at a perfect location with everything we could have ever asked for! She accommodated the list of things I needed for cooking and baking which saved us tons of trunk space since we drove down from NY. The place was much more beautiful and clean than the pictures could justify! The three bedroom allowed us to sleep comfortably just as we could at home. The location was close to everything at a nice neighborhood. Definitely will be back every year when we come for the swim meets! Highly recommend!

Cheerful house at a great location in the Tampa Bay area

We vacationed here with our 4 children and our dog and had a great time. The house is airy and cheerful. There is plenty of room to space out. The kitchen is well equipped. My kids especially enjoyed playing in the courtyard and catching the little lizards that you'll find everywhere in Florida. :)

We were looking for a place to stay for a few days that would accommodate our large family and our pets. Can't believe how lucky we were to find Elaine! Clean, quiet, accessible home just minutes away from everything we needed. We'll be back!

home away from home

Elaine is the most accommodating host we have had at the pleasure of working with. She responded to all requests nad needs. promptly and even checked in with us a couple of time to make sure we were comfortable. The house is very comfortable, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Conveniently located to most points of interest; St Petersburg city, beach ballparks and Busch Gardens. I highly recommend this and other properties Ms. Wise owns and operates. We will definitely visit this home again

A little to be desired

When we (4 adults) found really only one true bedroom. yes 3 beds but one bedroom -only exit was thru master bedroom .maybe fine for children the 3rd bedroom had absolutely no privacy. Thank good we we 're family. Next problem all old bedding - 2 new sets of full size not needed 'one new set would have been to fine 2 queen sets had actual holes in them!!! Next problem silverware only 2 teaspoons an d only 2 tablespoons. We went out and bought!!! Pots and pans were Terrible. I bought a frying pan too. Elaine stopped by during 2nd week Took most of the pans said she would return next day with new pots and pans,silverware and new sheets never saw her again! stayed a month. We did enjoy the courtyard/patio. The neighborhood was nice. We certainly thank Elai.e for allowing us to bring. the dogs.

Great host, property, and location

Elaine is a fabulous host and her house is clean and comfortable. She provides all of the needed amenities, and many more. Also in a great location, close to shopping, restaurants, etc. Neighborhood is also quiet and safe.
