contempler la montagne

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement bien conçu, bien équipé . La terrasse est très agréable. Nous ne faisons plus de randonnées , mais ce hâvre de silence incite aux souvenirs .

Sistemazione veramente basica

In oltre dieci anni di soggiorni a Chantemerle, di cui siamo innamorati, estate e inverno, tutti soddisfacenti, non abbiamo mai trovato una location così scarsa: spazi angusti, arredamento basico, divano macchiato, francobollo verde antistante poco curato, arredamento da esterni fatiscente. Problematici i rapporti con l'agenzia. Peccato, torneremo ovviamente a Serre chevalier, mai più in questo appartamento.

Chère Madame C'est avec beaucoup d'attention que nous avons pris connaissance de votre commentaire. Sachez que c'est avec beaucoup de regrets que nous prenons note de votre déception. Il aurait été convenable de nous en faire part au moment de l'état des lieux de sortie, auprès de la Directrice d'agence, qui a fait votre constat de sortie. Malheureusement, cette dernière n'a eu aucune remarque à noter, hormis votre sourire de fin de séjour , révélant un bon séjour. Afin de pouvoir faire le point aux internautes qui nous liront, l'appartement que vous avez loué, est un T3 de 45 m², aux volumes classiques, qui correspond à un couchage pour 6 personnes. Cette surface , vous était indiquée dans le contrat et les photos qui ont aidé votre choix final, sont la preuve réelle de sa surface. Concernant le canapé taché, si vous nous aviez fait la remarque, voiçi ce qu'il vous aurait été répondu: un dégat des eaux a eu lieu l'an dernier, comme le plafond contient du platre, la canapé en a été taché. Nous av ons fait personnellement nettoyer la housse du canapé, malheureusement, le temps d'imprégnation du platre sur le tissu rouge, a permis de détacher la plus grande partie, mais il reste des "traces". Le canapé est propre. Enfin, concernant les difficultés de liaison avec l'agence, vous aviez sur le contrat, deux numéros de téléphone (agence et portable de la directrice) ainsi que le portable personnel de la responsable des locations. Vos demandes ont été traitées dans un délai inférieur à une heure. Le dialogue reste une notion très importante pour nous afin de faire évoluer notre standing de location Nous sommes néanmoins ravis que vous conserviez un bon souvenir de votre séjour et espérons vous revoir dans notre belle région

Mooi appartement, netjes en voldoende ruimte

Op de foto's is niet te zien dat het om een appartement in een groot complex gaat, maar dat is dan ook het enige nadeel. We hebben een mooie tijd gehad en als 3 broers hadden we hier voldoende ruimte. Voor 6 man is het mogelijk wel wat schikken.
