Palacio 1004 is a welcoming condo located in Perdido Key, boasting incredible Gulf-front views of the sparkling crystal-clear waters. This 10th-floor condo offers beachy-themed décor, comfortable furnishings, and a truly “at home” ambiance.

Upon entering, you will find both guest bedrooms, each including a TV and access to an en suite bathroom. The well-equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, and all the utensils, appliances, and cookware needed to create your favorite meals. The kitchen opens into the dining area and living room, allowing for plenty of space for the whole family. Perch at the breakfast bar, then gather at the dining table for special meals. Find matching furnishings and beach-chic décor, as well as a TV and DVD player in the living area.

You will have the option to work out in the fitness center, play tennis on two of our secured tennis courts, relax in our outdoor pool, swim laps in our seasonally heated lap pool, grill burgers on one of our poolside charcoal grills, or unwind in the outdoor hot tub. Plus beach service is available for an added fee between March - October.

Stayed for three nights and fully enjoyed it! Proximity to the beach was A+. Beach chairs and umbrellas for rent on beach was a nice benefit to have. Stingrays restaurant across the street is highly recommended. I would definitely go back.

Gorgeous condo overlooking the beach!

Wr had a wonderful stay. The condo is beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. The view is amazing with all windows with view of ocean. Kitchen has everything you need to cook for family. Jacuzzi was perfect and washer and dryer worked very well. We reserved the xondo when they had bunkbeds which teens were looking forward to, note there are now two full beds instead of bunks. Management brought us a rollaway bed and were very attentive. I highly recommend this condo!

Family Reunion Planning

My two sisters, a cousin, and myself spent a long weekend in Perdido Key checking out the area and looking at various condo facilities that could accommodate our extended families for our 2024 Family Reunion! The Palacio was our base. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the views of the Gulf from our balcony! It’s in a very convenient location. Walk across the street to eat at The Jellyfish Seafood restaurant and bar! Delicious drinks and food! after looking at many other condos we decided to have our family reunion next year right at The Palacio resort in Perdido Key! It offers everything we need and at a great price point! Very comfortable and clean rooms, great pool and beach service! Looking forward to being back next summer!

The condo was nice, loved the view of the beach. Close to everything.

We had our whole family, and there was plenty enough room for all. My brother stayed at another unit in complex and every other nite they would gather for supper at our unit and there was plenty enough room for all. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because I thought that carpet should be changed in the unit and they should look into putting in a stand alone ice maker. One other problem that some people in our group complained about the condo not having a restroom at ground level at the pool.

Family get away

This place has stunning views. A favorite time of mine was sitting on the balcony, drinking coffee, in the morning. We also were able to watch dolphins, boats, people, and planes all day long, from there. Positives: It’s a great space, with plenty of room to spread out. The condo isn’t far from Publix, a fresh sea food shop, right across the street from a souvenir shop, restaurant, and ice cream parlor. The condo was clean and isn’t cluttered with breakables, but has nice neutral decor on the walls. It has both a keurig and drip coffee pot, hair dryers in every bathroom, two garbage bags per trash can, plenty of bath towels, and starter cleaning supplies. Areas to improve or things to know: condo only had 3 pots for cooking, 2 piece toaster was broken (should be removed), there are no basic spices at all (be aware you will need to buy/bring everything), there were no sand toys in the condo, several doors (cabinet & room) don’t close properly, some of the bunk beds had double mattresses that made them more comfortable but others only had single mattresses and you could feel the boards through it. Overall, it was certainly a comfortable place and great spot! We would definitely book it again in the future, if going back down to the same spot.

Large Unit but a Little Run Down

We were a bit disappointed in the overall condition of the unit but still had an amazing trip with our family. The condo appears to need a little refreshing. The dryer did not work at all, but the unit manager was very nice, getting someone there to try and repair it quickly. It was not repairable and they were having to purchase a new one. We were compensated monetarily for this inconvenience, and they provided dry beach towels for us to use. That was much appreciated!! The last afternoon/night we were there we had air conditioner issues. The thermostat displayed "system failure" and it would not cool correctly. We reported that and were told someone would be there within an hour and a half to repair it. This was probably around 10:30 pm. No one ever showed up to repair and we waited up until 1:00 am for them. When we checked out the next morning the thermostat still stated "system failure". I think we will try a different place next visit.

The room was fine except for a small stain on the main bed sheet. Loved all the space. Only thing I would change is remove the worn rugs. No rugs at all is best. Did NOT like parking across the street!!! Did not like only two elevators for incoming/outgoing guests and pool/beach access. Too many rules with the ”house” beach umbrellas. They took up most of the optimum space on the sand and guests were not allowed to have their stuff near them. We were asked to move and I heard several other guests being asked to move. Even guests who had their chairs at the water’s edge. Will not be returning.

Great place to stay

The lcondo is just as listed. In a good area, staff was quick to reapond. Condo is roomy, had everything needed for our stay. We had 3 girls, aging from 9-16. The rooms for the kids were away from the adult suit which was nice also. Will definitely be back

GREAT VALUE

The location is perfect for us, near our golf tournament courses, Pensacola NAS museum and our favorite eateries as well as the beach. The quarters are aging but well maintained and a real bargain for three older couples especially when compared to the cost of other inns. The staff was responsive to questions about how to navigate the huge number of tv options and channels and especially in retrieving items left behind. We have been going to Pensacola golf outings in October for many years and always book a Perdio Key destination, often Palacio, through Vacassa. Be back next year.

Excellent condo!

Loved the condo. Very roomy, right on the beach. Great views, great kitchen, spacious family room. Everything we needed to cook was available. Bedrooms were large, deck was very nice. Location was perfect, as it was near the store, etc. but not crazy with traffic. Loved it!
