Located on the sixth floor, this two-bedroom condo has amazing views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and has been professionally decorated. In this spacious unit, you'll have your own balcony and covered parking – a definite perk on the beach! With no other property/complex in front of Emerald Dolphin, look directly over the Gulf while you relax on the balcony and watch the dolphins play.

Plenty of beds along with a queen sofa bed in the den allow for enough sleeping space, plus there is a full-size washer/dryer for added convenience! The primary bedroom has a stand-alone shower in addition to a whirlpool tub should you choose to divulge in a soaking bath. Enjoy the large lagoon-style pool and the large sundeck, work out in the fitness facility, which overlooks the pool and Gulf, or take a long walk on the beach.

Spectacular location but unit needs updating

This is a great location with a view of, and access to, the ocean across the street. The beaches up and down the road were spectacular (especially at sunset), and it's well worth the drive to the point to explore Fort Pickens. The restaurant next door has delicious food, but there's always a wait so be prepared. This unit itself, however, is in need of significant updating in many areas (appliances, carpeting, furniture). And if you are looking for a heated outdoor spa/jacuzzi, this doesn't fit the bill. It was freezing.

Pensacola beach stay

Overall very nice place and enjoyed the week. The carpet needs replaced and the living room furniture is old, but its a dog friendly condo right on the beach. I would definitely stay there again.

Good stay minor condo problem!

Great condo great location. But have a smoke detector going of call twice to get taken care of, nearly 8 hour apart. No one responded to my phone calls. So I had to go buy a battery and install.

The property is in good place but the shed for the sofa have bad smell and urine was very bad The building was in construction and the apt smell pain and chemicals

Unsatisfactory

When you read this, keep in mind our stay was over 30 days. It looked ok, feel good - not so much, smell good - not at all. Very bad odor the minute you opened the door, carpet had spill spots through out the condo, furniture needed fixed, lights that did not work, broom with no dust pan, no vacuum sweeper, light out at entry door, duct tape for weather stripping on entry door, construction work being done on the building, contact with Vacasa - not user friendly EXCEPT for Joe. Joe went beyond the call of duty to help with the situation. Yes, Vacasa tried to relocate us but this condo should not have looked like this. I could go on and on but I won't. For the amount of money we paid, very very disappointing.
