Charming and bright apartment in San Pietro area of Rome. For two people with a large terrace, air conditioning and free internet access, which is on the top floor of a building with elevator. This studio of 27 square meters has been renovated in 2016. It is complemented by a fully equipped kitchenette for all your needs. It has a double bed. French doors leading to a furnished terrace of 40 square meters with plants, private use. The private bathroom with shower and washing machine. Location for tourism. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with a private kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots and cutlery. Tourist location, at checkin you must pay the city tax (not included in the price) equal to 3.50 euros per person per night.
