This beautiful home boasts 3,200 square feet located 3.3 miles from Gaylord Center. You will find limitless outdoor activities surrounding this property such as:

- Multiple lakes and rivers for boating, kayaking, fishing, swimming and skiing
- Trails nearby for hiking, snowshoeing, biking, and cross-country skiing
- Snowmobile trail 4 located two-tenths of a mile from the driveway
- Over 17 golf courses within 15 minutes
- Several breweries and wineries very close to location

This home is modern and fully equipped with free Wifi.

On the main floor there is a large entry way with washer and dryer. Off the entryway is a large back deck overlooking a wooded area. A grill and patio furniture are on the deck for your entertaining needs.

The kitchen is fully equipped including all utensils, dishes, cookware, crock pot, toaster, electric skillet, hand towels, etc. The dining room and kitchen open to the living room for optimal conversation.

Also on the main floor are three bedrooms and two full baths with one being attached to the master bedroom but accessible from the entry hall.
The master bedroom has a queen bed. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed with a flat screen TV. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed as well. All main floor bedrooms have nightstands, dressers and closets.

Lower level has a full bathroom and 4th bedroom. Bedroom #4 has two double beds. This lower level is a great entertainment area with three comfortable couches, a 65" flat screen smart TV, high top table and chairs and a full-size refrigerator for your entertainment beverages. This area is accessible to the outside by sliding glass doors and a small deck.

All towels and linens are included.

No Garage access.

Very clean home with lots of space. Just stayed there for a golf weekend bachelor party. Very spacious with plenty of sleeping options for the 8 guys we had as well as plenty of parking for 5 vehicles. Will definitely try to stay here again if traveling to the Gaylord area!

Great granddaughters wedding

Disappointed about outdoor grilling and oven is very dirty we did not use. All in all nice property and we had a wonderful celebration of granddaughters wedding. If ever in Gaylord again we would stay at this property if available.

We have been renting a house in Gaylord for the past 3 years. This house was by far our favorite! Front yard was great for yard games, back deck was great for outdoor dinning. There was lots of room inside for our 13 people. Plenty of bath towels! The 2nd fridge in the basement was a huge lifesaver!! Will definitely want to rent this house again. If we had any questions the owner replied with in a couple of hours… always!!! Thank you!!

This place was very comforting, spacious and had enough room and beds for the 11 of us. Plenty of kitchen appliances and dishes available to make our meals for everyone as well. Highly recommend and accommodating for larger groups.

We had a fantastic week-end with some old golf buddies. Perfect location close to all the best Gaylord golf courses. Plenty of room in the house for everyone. House was very clean, and the accommodations overall were excellent. We will plan to stay again!

Great Property for Large Groups

Couldn't be happier with our stay. The Host went over and above what was required. Two levels are perfect for those who may want to stay up later and those who want to go to bed early. Very quiet neighborhood with large lots. Deck & firepit were great! A full fridge upstairs & down allowed for plenty of food storage and minimal trips to the store. The setup & size of the bathrooms made it convenient for large groups. Area downstairs was great for large gatherings with enough seating with 3 comfortable couches. Outdoor chairs and lounges were included. Perfect property and helped to make our stay for our son's wedding an easy, wonderful experience.
