Set back from the road, the house offers 3 bedrooms—including a family suite and two double bedrooms ranging from 18 to 25 m²—as well as a separate 30 m² studio, a living room, a terrace, and a pleasant, peaceful garden where you can enjoy a homemade breakfast or other delicacies and Champagne you may have discovered in the surrounding area.
Its proximity to the “MacArthur Glen” and “Marques Avenues” outlet malls, the historic centre of Troyes with its cathedral and museums, Lake Forêt d’Orient with its water sports, bike path, and golf course, Nigloland Park, and the “Coast of Bars” for Champagne tastings at local cellars, ensure our guests enjoy a pleasant stay.
Special attention has been paid to the decor to make you feel right at home, where well-being and harmony reign supreme.

Each suite features a queen-size bed, a shower room made of Burgundy stone, and a private bathroom. The family suite features two single beds pushed together in addition to the queen-size bed.
Everything you need to make coffee is available in your room. In the living room, there is a kitchen where you can store fresh groceries, a microwave for reheating, a kettle and tea to enjoy, as well as an electric hob with an oven for guests staying with us for an extended period.
