The proposed accommodation is on the ground floor, on one level on two terraces of 30 m2 each. The villa faces south offering an exceptional panorama over the bay. The accommodation with a surface area of 110m2 is made up of 3 bedrooms all with air conditioning, a living room with dining room, a kitchen with indoor and outdoor barbecues, a bathroom and two separate WCs. The villa is located 2 minutes walk from the sea in a protected area not far from the beaches and the small shops of Fonsainte and St Jean. Easy to access, the villa is located less than one km from La Ciotat-Ceyreste train station.
