Welcome Manasquan beach and this romantic 1 room studio renovated guest cottage on a beautiful quiet block just steps to everything! Wifi, smart TV, A/C. The beach is 1 mile away/a 6min bike ride and we're just one block to town! This is a charming 5 star hotel-like room has no living room. Kitchen dining table has 2 chairs. Renovated bathroom and kitchen! Your outdoor space is limited to the open front porch for morning coffee or tea. No bbq allowed. The yard and driveway is for the front house guests only. Plenty of Free parking on the street. This is for couples or one person- no gatherings or parties or more than 2 guests without permission- strictly enforced- no parties or gatherings allowed. Our charming town is just 1 block away has tons of shopping, health food store, restaurants, delis & salons, yoga, pilates and more. Quality bedding and cotton soft towels offered. Verizon wifi. NO SMOKING or VAPING INSIDE. NO PETS. Bikes have locks, Air pump and baskets & are available for $10ea per stay ( collected for upkeep). Enjoy!

A delightful cottage!

We had a lovely stay at Roberta's cottage while visiting with family nearby for the weekend. You can tell that the host not only cares about the property but the comfort of her guests as well. The cottage is spotless, well decorated, and in walkable distance to all the cute shops downtown. The neighborhood was quiet. I really appreciated how responsive and communicative the host was and she provided wonderful recommendations. I would highly recommend staying at Roberta's cottage!

Comfortable, clean and very quiet neighborhood. Parking was easy and walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. Check in was very easy and everything we needed was there. Great place to relax !

Great find

Close to town, excellent food and service at restaurants. Small cottage that had everything we needed to have a great stay. We took the provided bikes to the beach every day and walked to town for dinner. Away from beach craziness we sat out on the porch and enjoyed the evening breeze. Great beach experience.
