The bedroom’s Murphy bed easily folds into a desk! Comfortable Herman Miller aeron chair for working at home. Quick walk to University of Michigan Athletic Facilities, campus and downtown Ann Arbor. Perfect spot for a football season ticket holder! Rent for a few games or the whole season! Inquire about special reduced pricing for football, Art Fair and graduation months. The space has abundant windows, tree views, and is beautifully appointed. HEPA-filter air exchange constantly purifies air. Private outdoor patio has a table & chairs. Internet, cable and all utilities are included. Free washer and dryer in area below the unit. Ample safe, on-street parking and within one block from a public transit stop. Great owner! Modern apartment

I stayed here for a full month and really enjoyed my stay. I have 0 complaints. The owner was super responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything. I would highly recommend staying here!
