This beautiful lakefront acreage on the calm, quiet Lake Lillian is truly an oasis of privacy and stunning scenery year-round. Perfectly located between the town of Invermere (and Lake Windermere) and Panorama Village this location provides four seasons of activities including paddle boarding, canoeing, fishing, mountain biking, hiking, golfing, skating, snowshoeing, and skiing.
Lake Lillian is known for being a peaceful and warm swimming lake (no motorized boats) with trout fishing in the summer and winter. Right across the driveway are the Lillian Lake Trails for mountain biking and hiking (https://www.trailforks.com/region/lillian-lake/) and in the winter, the White Way (https://tobycreeknordic.com/trails/) track is maintained around the lake for skating, cross-country skiing or snowshoeing.
The 2.5-acre property features a dock, a lake shack, a 4-bedroom main house, a heritage cabin and an RV parking spot. Steps from the dock, the boat shack is fully stocked with a canoe, two (2) paddle boards and kayaks, various 'floaties', and lots of yard games. The main house is steps from the lake with gorgeous views from a spacious deck that includes a hot tub, lounging area, eating area and barbecue. Just above the main house is the RV parking spot complete with electrical hook-up … or perhaps the yard game field (Bocce anyone?). Between the main house and the heritage cabin is a fire pit with lots of space to gather. The rustic and quaint heritage cabin is equipped with two (2) twin beds … with its own view of the lake, it is truly a charming spot. The main house features an open concept living room, dining room and kitchen. The floor to ceiling river rock, wood burning fireplace provides lots of warmth. The loft area is stocked with games and can sleep an additional four (4) people on two (2) double sleep sofa's (comfy Sealy’s). The main level also features a Master Bedroom (queen bed + half bath ensuite) with its own door to the deck providing direct access to the hot tub. The second main level bedroom (next to the master) has twin bunk beds. Around the corner is the main floor full bathroom which has a stand-up shower. The downstairs has two (2) full bedrooms each with a queen bed, a sleeping nook with a double sized futon and an open sitting area with a sofa, TV and DVDs. There is also a spacious bathroom with a bathtub / shower combo on the lower level and a full laundry room with washer and dryer plus an additional refrigerator.
We have a large supply of linens for your comfort, this includes separate outdoor lake / hot tub towels. The kitchen is well stocked with everything a large group would need. There is also a steady supply of firewood.

This is a great house and all the little things made all the difference! Not only was the property beautiful but the hosts'attention to detail to make the stay more comfortable was truly appreciated. I recommend it!
3rd time staying at this property. It is always a treat to stay here clean, comfy beds, a kitchen well stocked with equipment, and a beach shack stocked full of water toys!
This house and property was beautiful! We really enjoyed exploring all of different aspects of this property and the lake! The house was stocked with everything you could need plus some, it was so nice to have paddleboards ready to go and firewood already chopped. We would love to come back someday.
This place is gorgeous and in a gorgeous setting. Steps from a little lake that is perfect for paddle boarding and/or kayaking and yet only a short drive to all the amenities in the Windermere Valley. Our family loved it!
We enjoyed our stay at the Lakehouse! The kitchen was well stocked with every gadget you could ever need, and we enjoyed mornings and evenings sitting on the deck. The kids loved all the floaties provided and the paddle boat was a real hit!
We really enjoyed our stay. Easy to get too and from Panorama ski hill. Soaking in the hot tub and relaxing by the fire was perfect after a day on the ski hill.
This lakefront cabin was a dream for our girls weekend! It had everything we needed—fully stocked, tons of rooms, and right on the water. We spent hours swimming, relaxing in the hot tub under the stars, and listening to the loons. Fantastic and fast communication with the host too. Overall, it was peaceful, fun, and unforgettable. We’ll definitely be back!
We had a wonderful time at this house. Plenty of room for everyone, beautiful view and fun! The hot tub was super clean, the foosball table and the ability to have a campfire with the view of the lake. Closeness to town and Panorama was perfect.
A very serene setting, lots of space, tons of lake toys and a well-stocked larder.
We’ve stayed here before and hope to return soon.
Not inexpensive but a most remarkable location, house, and amenities.
Our group of eight loved our stay here for our annual ski trip, this time at Panorama. Very clean, very well-appointed. Great beds with soft linens. And all the features for a perfect winter trip: wood burning fire places in and out, morning views with grazing deer, and a hot tub with a view. Highly recommend!
This property is absolutely spectacular. The pictures are beautiful but do not do it justice. Sitting out in morning with your coffee looking at a glass smooth reflective lake. And listening to the Loons is beyond words.
We had an absolutely idyllic family winter gathering here over the holidays. The house is spacious, immaculate, and equipped with quality kitchen and houseware which makes meals and time in the house more enjoyable. And the location right on the lake is simply incredible. And our host was immensely helpful and responsive when we had a couple questions. Simply perfect! We can't wait to come back!
We LOVED our time at this cabin and property - it is a gorgeous location, very spacious, lots of room and all the amenities you could wish for. The host is very communicative and helpful. Our only issue was that we didn't want to leave!!! This was our second time with a group of friends at this VRBO, and we hope to be back soon!
What a great weekend!! Thanks for the use of your Home!
We loved, loved the location and the house was awesome. You have a beautiful home we already booked for next year!
Only Feedback was that the sofa in the main seating area is very uncomfortable. Just come open feedback! But in relations to the great place and view minor minor feedback.
Was great to get to enjoy the mountains we loved Skiing and Snowmobiling. The place is so well located and is perfect for our group.Recommendation:- Bathroom in basement no lock on door- Sofa in Living room end of life and not really comfortable. But these are so minor with the many many positives.
Being familiar with and having had previous memories at Lake Lillian, we were thrilled to have our anniversary celebration here. This home is beautiful, well situated with everything one would need. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. It was perfect. A piece of heaven for sure. ❤️
The pictures posted do not do this place justice! Everything we needed was provided and we were welcomed with wine and a variety of snacks for everyone to take on their adventures! We did not get so lucky with the weather but were more than happy to enjoy the space of the cottage and in the hot tub! The hot tub does take some time to warm up so make this a first priority upon your arrival. The weather was much too warm for the winter season and even after the host applied a fresh layer of gravel on the laneway before our arrival, we got stuck trying to get out on what turned into sheer ice. We were supported by the host to find a local tow company to get us out and on our way and made themselves available via text/vrbo messaging/ phone call when needed. It may be best to park higher up in the RV parking laneway if you have a lighter vehicle in the winter months. Thank you for everything & we hope to be back again!
Great rental experience - thank you. Loved the house and surroundings and it’s perfectly located for skiing in Panorama, access to Invermere and just relaxing next to its own lake. Only downside is that the wifi wasn’t working but it meant we could disconnect for a few days so it wasn’t a problem.

So glad that you enjoyed your stay Robin. Sorry for the WIFI troubles, we are on a satellite system (our only option) and it can be intermittent at times or need a reboot. The community is always looking for upgrades to connectivity so we hope to have this improved upon as soon as possible!
Thank you again for choosing our lake house.
What do you do when your in-laws are coming from Tokyo Japan for a holiday in Canada?
You take them to this property. With 2 sets of grandparents and 3 grandchildren this property was the place to be.
We had tons of fun with the provided water and floaty toys and were able to enjoy sitting on the deck and and in the hot tub after the kids had gone to bed. The house provided plenty of room for all and was great to sit and just relax at.
Close to Invermere and Panorama for extra fun as well.
Hosts are great people that are always communicative and fun to work with.
I highly recommend this property to anyone who enjoys some lake front living
Beautiful property, listing and photos very accurate. We appreciated the fact that no motorized boats/jetskiis are allowed on this shallow lake, which made it very tranquil. Easy to drive (less than 10 minutes) to Invermere to rent a boat and ski on lake Windermere. Lots of birds (we were visited by hummingbirds, pileated woopecker, nuthatches, loons, mergansers and more). Invermere has the best gluten free bakery we have ever experienced (3 of our group are celiacs) Highly recommend this property, as it was perfect for the needs of our multi-age/multi-interest family. Did I mention the great biking?
We stayed at Natalya’s property over August long weekend. It was awesome. The lake was beautiful, and the house was beautiful and inviting. Natalya was incredibly well organized and had a welcome package with all the information to make our check in and check out seamless. We were concerned about cleaning due to CoVid, but the house was impeccably clean. Bring citronella candles and bug spray :). The paddle boards, canoe, and floaties were a welcome treat. We would come again!!!

We live in Calgary full time and have a family with 3 teenagers (yikes!), with our oldest away at university with the other 2 in high school. We are honored to share our home and this very special spot with you and your family.
Why they chose this property
I had first vacationed in the Valley as a small child over 42 years ago with my grandparents. The tradition continues as we have been bringing our family here every year as well. Our dream had been to own a property that we would eventually retire to. With retirement being MANY years away, we are excited to have this unique and special spot to call ours and share with our family, friends and now our extended VRBO family!
What makes this property unique
The privacy and scenery are unbelievable, whether you are relaxing on the deck, or down at the dock or paddle boarding around the lake. The views are ever changing and always breath taking. The deer like to roam and feed on our lawn, and the families of loons are abundant and always vocal. The Heritage Cabin is a charming and unique little spot, even if you do not sleep in it, everyone will love to go and take a peek. The views from the picnic table and porch of the cabin are simply lovely, especially at sunset. For early risers, a morning coffee in that spot will provide you with full sun as well!
** NO PARTIES ** this is a quiet and family oriented area
