Beau logement ( bas de villa) il y a des locataires au dessus je n'ai pas était prévenu il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude mes au niveau de l'État de la maison très propre

Nous louons pour des locaux qui ne respectent pas le règlement intérieur , qui font des fêtes avec plus de 20 personnes dans le logement sans prévenir le propriétaire , avec du bruit jusqu a 2 h 30 du matin ! Pas d eaux chaudes ??? Si vous mettez 20 personnes dans le logement pour un logement réservé pour 4 personnes ! La seule chose qui vous intéressait c etait de faire la fête dans un logement qui n était pas destiné à le faire ! Notre logement est réservé pour une capacité de 4 personnes maximum ! Ceci était stipulé également ! Le logement est neuf avec des matériaux de qualité Je me retrouve à faire intervenir des artisans pour réparer les dégâts ! Après les martiniquais s étonnent que les propriétaires ne veulent pas louer pour des locaux . Le civisme et le respect n existent pas ! Et c est bien dommage . Vous trouvez un logement propre et vous en prenez pas soin ! C est du non respect des lieux .
