Overall, the stay was good. Beds are comfortable, home is spacious, location is great. However for the price, it lacks in amenities you’d expect based on the listing description. The kitchen is sparse, no staples available, no kid friendly items other than a few plates that are over used and broken down. Example: the kitchen had no spatula or whisk, but 4 cakes servers. The state of kitchen inventory and what’s appropriate for a three bedroom house has not been checked or replenished/organised in a long time. The sofa and floor both need a deep clean. It smelt of sweat and the floor was pretty filthy. A good mopping would achieve a cleanliness that is expected. The outdoor seating area is broken down and quite old, again, just needs a bit of a refurb and it could be exceptional. Not sure if we would stay here again, but suited our needs.and we enjoyed our stay

Hi Becky, thank you for your feedback! We are pleased to hear you found the apartment comfortable and well located! We just went up to the villa after reading your comments - I think perhaps you missed a cupboard or two in the kitchen because it is very well stocked! We found the spatula and whisk and plastic plates, plus much more.
Yes, we agree regarding the outdoor furniture and the owner has already purchased a new setting and is waiting on delivery. We are so sorry it wasn't there for your stay!
Thanks again and we hope you had a wonderful time on Hamilton Island.
