Built in over 2 Acres of land and 200 feet of water frontage the luxury home is fully equipped for all seasons with central heating and cooling .Beautiful Sunrise behind the hills just captures anyone’s imaginations. Summers are beautiful with water activities, fall equipped with most beautiful fall colors around and you can just see mountains across with the colors changing and winter you can enjoy ice fishing or Northern lights if you are lucky. A small down hill helps kids to enjoy sliding on snow .One can occasionally spots deer or a Moose and Wild Turkeys are in abundance in the area.

We don’t charge any cleaning fees and request our guests to leave the cottage in as received condition . You can leave used towels in the laundry room

We recently stayed as a group of ten at just joy cottage and we all really enjoyed our stay. The cottage was a great size for a large group, with queen beds and a bathroom for each couple. The property is great and has a lot of amenities to use (both indoor and outdoor). The kitchen had all of the essentials and there was a grocery store, lcbo, and gas station close by. The check in process was easy and the host was very quick to answer any questions I had. We would definitely stay again!

The view and location of this property are amazing! We spent the week with our family. So much fun to be had here. Paddle boats, volleyball, ping pong, hot tubbing and more. The house wasn’t perfectly cleaned, and the hot tub needed a cleaning (so we cleaned it ourselves) good idea to bring your own bedding and pillows too. But overall this was a wonderful place to stay! We enjoyed our time immensely on this very private quiet property. This is a new VRBO I believe and they are working out the kinks yet. I would go again for sure!

Overall decent spot. Really nice view. Big place with a nice covered patio and big garage in case it rains. Hot tub was clean, the rest of the place was pretty clean but not perfect. Great dock, pretty weedy and shallow water around the dock not ideal for swimming, but about 40 meters out the weeds stop. Host was pretty responsive and helpful. Place comes stocked with lots of activities, kayaks, kitchen supplies. This is what I expected from a property that is rented to large groups. Would return.

Upon entering the cottage, it was immediately apparent that it had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. Throughout the property we found extensive evidence of poor sanitation and house keeping, including:- Hair inside the refrigerator and freezer.- Clumps of hair in the beds.- Dirty bedding with visible debris.- Grime and build up on numerous surfaces throughout the cottage.- A bathtub with visible soap scum and residue.- Filthy walls throughout each room.- Toilets had not been properly cleaned.- General dirt and uncleanliness that made the property feel unsanitary.
