It's your time, come relax at the ocean! When you walk in, you see nothing but water in front of you! That's an oceanfront condo! Direct ocean-front 2 Bed/2 Bath retreat with unbelievable views and an indoor pool. Watch the sun rise up from the ocean and set in the bay with two private patios. The condo has been completely renovated. If you want to watch movies - HBO is free and WIFI throughout. If you need to work virtually or kids need access for school, Comcast high speed internet is available (400mbps down/10 mbps up) Seaside will be your happy place.

Our remodeled beach house is tastefully decorated and welcoming with our private wifi included in rental. Our condo is walking distance of numerous local shops & restaurants, including Gold Coast Shopping Mall, Greene Turtle, Pizza Tugos, Candy Kitchen, TJMaax and many others. Try the Crab Bag located on 130th street for an amazing seafood experience. Seaside is just minutes away from Ocean City's famous Boardwalk and everything else OC has to offer.

Seaside is located oceanfront at 111th street in the Irene condominium. The unit has both a bayside private patio and oceanfront patio to watch both sunrise and sunset! The master bedroom has a king mattress and private bath. The guest bedroom has a two double beds. The large living room has a queen sleeper sofas which allows a comfortable sleep capacity of 8.

The building is constructing a brand new outdoor pool which should be complete for the 2026 rental season and elevator. There is a limit of 8 people and registration for parking is $60 per vehicle. Additional parking is available at reception desk. Sorry, pets are not allowed and there is no smoking in this unit or the building. Linens and towels are not provided for the rental, Blankets and pillows are in the closets if the guests choose to use, or please bring your own. Seaside is a self catering property and no starter supplies are provided other than what other guests have donated.

PLEASE NOTE: Our properties do not allow group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.

The condo was great. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything you would need to make pretty much any meal. The building was quiet and we didn't hear anyone in the building after our kids went to sleep. The owner had great communication. We would stay here again.

Perfect location!

The property and location was perfect. Right on the beach and close to everything. The only reason I gave 4 stars on “Accuracy of Online Listing” is because it didn’t state that the pool was closed for renovations but that maybe wasn’t planned when I booked. I had to reach out to the owner a couple times and had an immediate response. All in all, it was a beautiful place in a great location and we would definitely stay there again.

Place was wonderful for us. View is outstanding ,condo is clean, updated and plenty roomy. Plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area,many have take out options,and a few deliver. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will be coming back. Don't miss Assateague Island to see the wild horses !!!!

Wonderful week in OC

The Seaside condo was perfect for our week at the beach! The kitchen and bathrooms were beautifully updated. The ocean front view was amazing! The king size bed in the master bedroom was super comfortable. The owner was very friendly and communicative. We had a wonderful week and hope to stay here again.

Great Views

Awesome ocean and bayside balconies. Very nice condo with a great kitchen. Made coffee every morning and watched the sunrise. Owners have everything you need to know in a welcome packet. Would definitely love to stay again.

Lovely property

Mr. Seoni, the property owner was attentive and answered questions promptly. The condo was lovely and more importantly was very clean. The kitchen and baths were modern and appeared to be recently updated. The kitchen was very well stocked. The beds were so comfy!!! The condo is close to restaurants and stores and far enough away from the boardwalk to be peaceful. I look forward to staying there again!

Stunning views!

This exquisite condo is located on the 10th floor and the oceanfront view is simply mesmerizing. If you want to enjoy bay views, there’s an entire outdoor area for that, too. The unit is completely updated and tastefully decorated - it is obvious the owners take great pride in their property. And you can’t beat the location. Thank you, TJ! Kim and I have been hosting with VRBO for almost 10 years. We take pride of our home and also our guests that visit us. The fact is displayed in all of our five star reviews over the years. It is clearly stated in our description online, and in the house manual that all guests receive upon booking, that Seaside is a self catering facility and we do not provide starter supplies or linens/towels. It’s obvious to us, that the provided information was never looked at prior to arrival. This guest did not even have the access code to enter the building after hours and called us late at night. All pertinent information is provided in that house manual received at booking. We had a guest leave the same day of arrival and the unit was cleaned in preparation of their stay. If the floors were not cleaned to satisfaction, a simple reach out and we would’ve gladly sent a cleaner out to address that issue, but that was never mentioned to us during the stay, only here months later after their visit. Additionally, the guest took the only key provided in the lockbox home with them, which created a delay in access to clean the unit for the next guest. They then agreed to mail it back after I called.

Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient!

We have stayed in OC several times and this condo was among the best. We stayed for about a week and hit the beach every day. The building is on a quieter section of the beach and the sand was great! It took about 2-3 minutes to get from the room to the water so it was super convenient. The condo itself was clean, modern, and comfortable (beds were especially comfortable). Everyone in the building was nice and cautious re: COVID-19. The owner (TJ) was very responsive and helpful before and during our trip. All in all, we were very happy with this place and would definitely stay there again!

Amazing view

At the last minute, our family vacation was cancelled d/t COVID. We were giving up hope of going away this year until we found "Seaside". We were happy that we could book "flexible dates" instead of Sat-Sat. TJ was great to communicate with - very responsive. This place has an amazing beachfront view! We felt very comfortable there. I believe the kitchen and bathrooms have been recently renovated. The master bedroom and bathroom were very nice. The location is great - away from the business of the boardwalk which we preferred. Grocery store is only a couple of streets away and restaurants everywhere. This is a nice place to stay if you are considering a trip to OC, MD!

This property was absolutely perfect from the minute we arrived until we left. The place was immaculate, beautifully decorated and updated. The views were spectacular, so peaceful. Just what we were looking for. The owners were wonderful. I had my arrival date incorrect due to some childcare issues with my grandchildren. I contacted the owner, and he was so understanding, he allowed us to stay the extra day. I wish I could have stayed longer. It was truly amazing. I am positive I will return in the near future. I didn't want to leave. I never felt more relaxed. We enjoyed ourselves to the max!!! A huge thank you to TJ and Kim!!!!!

Thanksgiving Holiday Down at the Ocean

Wonderful small family holiday on the oceanfront in a well appointed 2/2 Condo with expansive ocean and Bay views with 2 private balconies. Owner provides an excellent home guide that helps make your trip prep and entry a breeze. Property Manager on site available to assist, but not needed. We were able to prepare a nice feast for the family with the cooking tools present in the kitchen. The beds were EXCELLENT! We brought our own linens. Full sized washer/dryer if needed. Ample living room seating and fun to watch our favorite teams play on the large television while the beach and ocean were our backdrop. Sunrise beautiful over the ocean and a great bayside view of each evening sunset from the other private balcony (both with seating!). Highly recommend, even in the off season.

The most important factor for us was the views and the building management. Many owners live in Irene year round, that was important to us for selecting a rental property.

What makes this property unique

You will not better views than Seaside! Direct oceanfront with two patios. Bay patio allows for amazing sunset views, Ocean patio for sunrise. The condo was renovated top to bottom in 2016. Air conditioning system replaced in 2022
